Works great!
Great camera. Easy to set up. Does what you need it to do. It’s not complicated. Sound and video quality is great. A few months after using it the monitor stopped charging so I contacted the manufacturer and they very kindly sent a replacement camera and monitor. Great customer service. 100% would recommend.

Pretty terrible
This is a pretty terrible baby monitor, a significant downgrade from the previous model we had, which was discontinued.For one thing, the cameras don’t seem to be able to maintain a connection with the monitor unit. We have 2 cameras, and they are constantly cutting in and out (as shown in the video).When you do manage to get a stable picture, the quality is awful. It’s grainy, hard to see, and the built in night vision barely brightens the picture enough to see shades of grey.The microphone works, but it has to be *right beside* the baby, or the baby has to be screaming in order to hear anything.Save your money, pick something else.
Great value & after sales service
I was very pleased with this baby monitor and got a lot of good features for the price. The best feature to me is the huge camera range so I can track my LO wherever she is in the crib! I also appreciate that I can keep the sound and screen off after I’ve fed her at night but can tell when she’s quiet because of the sound lights. 4 instead of 5 stars because after 4 months of perfect use, a drop on the ground caused the monitor to stop working. However, the fantastic after sales service quickly sent a replacement.
EDIT: resolved issue from the team! Back to 5 star rating. Great camera but lots of problems.
EDIT: The customer service team reached out and has been great to work with. They looked into my issue, and were able to help me with a solution. Camera is charging, working great and weâre very happy customers!This is the second camera Iâve gotten, and it was purchased July 2024. It is now November 2024 and the charge cord wonât work despite it being treated well, and this is the same issue that happened the first time too. I loved the camera but the battery life and faulty cord x2 make it not worth it.
Stopped working
Purchased this monitor 7 months ago, and it now randomly âgoes out of serviceâ and I can hardly take it anywhere without it saying it has no service ..Woke me up beeping one morning saying no service, but the monitor never moved all night and we are close to the camera..

I like how you can control the angle of the camera and the image is very clear. Most importantly, the customer service is great. I reached out with my issue and they addressed it right away.
Love this!
I love this monitor! It works so well for my house (~1000sqft). I like that I can have the two charging cords in different rooms (our bedroom and babyâs bedroom) so I just need to move the camera back and forth without unplugging anything! The battery life on the monitor is pretty good! Weâve used this just for naps for about 4 months now and have only charged it a handful of times!

This is a great quality camera at a great price. We have had this camera for 9 months and it works great. Itâs very user friendly and has good range and night vision. I would recommend!
We bought this when we decided to split up our toddler and new baby into 2 different rooms. We love that we can have it steady on one room, split screen, or able to swap between the 2 rooms every 15 seconds or so. Having these options with just hitting one button is easy and wonderful in our busy house!The only complaint my husband had is that the volume is not as loud as our older monitor, but it is loud enough for us to hear at night. The picture quality, portability, and signal range make it a great choice for us.
