Awesome monitor update*
We’ve had it for a year and it’s worked awesome the cameras have great angles and i love knowing the temp in the room and has great range. Except it stopped charging today so we will see what customer support says and I’ll update my review. But it worked amazing for a year the monitor lasts a very long time and it was always reliable and good video quality and night vision. Update* I contacted customer support and even though I’m slightly over the 1 year they are replacing the monitor system. They were kind and respectful and very prompt with there replies! Definitely gotta love Great customer service!.
Terrible video quality
The monitor itself is simple enough to use and works good with the two cameras. If you are looking for good video quality, I would definitely not recommend this monitor. We have a monitor that is 5 years older than this one that has far superior video quality.
LOVE IT!!
Love this monitor!! Not only was it amazingly priced for 2 cameras and a monitor (which is normally $250+) but I love the features it has, it comes with mounting brackets so you don’t need to have it sitting somewhere taking up space, I can see everything clear! The battery life is incredible! It easily lasts all day on full charge, and I can hear everything crystal clear!I wish I could turn the camera around on the monitor itself though as I’m watching my kids sideways because I have my cameras mounted to the wall, but other than that, it’s clear and I have full range of the entire room(s)I love how the monitor is set up, I feel like it has a bigger screen because the buttons are all at the bottom and out of the way

Good quality for the price you pay I really love the camera as it moves in almost every angle, can get a view of my sons whole room from one location, picture is a little blurry capturing farther away in the dark but sound detect works well has eco mode so screen isnât on all night battery life seems really good so far. Easy to switch from first to second camera distance is decent too.
Great product, great customer service
I bought this set shortly after my daughter was born, after not liking the vtech camera I was gifted. I even purchased a third additional camera (can have up to 5 on one monitor). My monitor started being weird and not charging fully. I emailed customer support, they were great to deal with. I was hoping to just have a replacement monitor- that I wouldâve paid for- so I could still use my three cameras. Customer service was fantastic and they are sending me a full set free of charge. Cannot recommend this company enough.I love the functions it has, like multi cameras that will automatically cycle (would be great for more than one child), two way talk, date and time, temperature. Even has lullabies. Found the camera range to be fantastic for the most part, would be able to be outside in the garden with her sleeping in her room soundly. 10/10 product and company.
Very impressive for the price
This has by far been my favourite video monitor set to use. I love how user friendly the interface is on the monitor, it’s very easy to switch back and forth between the two cameras and the quality is so much better than I expected. I can even see my little one breathing when asleep. There are a lot of super helpful functions that are easy to access and toggle. The main reason I went for the set with two cameras, was to have a second set of eyes on my little one when I have to get stuff done around the house, in addition to the bedroom monitor for sleep. I love the 360 pan and tilt function, it allows me to keep my eyes on my little while giving me peace of mind that I’ll know if anything happens right away. The intercom function is pretty cool, being able to talk to my little while I’m in another room has been very useful when I can’t get to them right away. The range has been awesome so far, I can go anywhere in our home and even outside in the yard – this was one fearure I was worried about based on other reviews, but I haven’t had any issues so far and it has in fact surpassed my expectations in range and in every aspect. I can’t say enough good things about this product, as well as the customer service team; I had an issue with my screen and they were very swift to remedy the problem and were extremely helpful and kind during the process which was very refreshing. I would absolutely buy this again, and will 100% recomend this to all of my mom friends.
Good on its own, but wifi interferance
Update: we have taken this on vacation and used for over 1 year.Weâve gone through many monitorsâ¦Using this for 2 kids.This one is good value, but can be glitchy.Pros: price. Easy set up. Generally does its job. Battery life great so far. Pan/tilt good. Video quality isnât the clearest, but you can see what your kids are doing.Cons: The feed sometimes cuts in/out, but itâs because there is interference with Wyze wifi camera mounted nearby. No physical volume button, need to scroll through menu. VOX only lasts 10 seconds per screen so by the time the feed is clear, it switches to next room. (Shouldnât be a problem with one kid)I would recommend this for one child without wifi cameras nearby, but once there is wifi nearby you can expect feed signal being inconsistentBattery life on parent monitor is amazing.VOX mode not great
This baby monitor is really great! It provides me with great convenience in taking care of my baby. With it, I can check on my baby’s condition anytime and anywhere. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can always keep an eye on my little one. Five stars without a doubt! Highly recommended to all parents.
Da die deutsche Zusatzkamera nicht verfügbar war, haben wir diese bestellt. Funktioniert mit unserem HelloBaby Babyphone (HB40) wunderbar. Man muss wissen, dass die Kamera mit einem amerikanischen Stecker kommt. Aber wir haben den Reiseadapter in die Steckdose und los geht’s. Alles wunderbar.Wichtige Info: Man muss bei der Benutzung mehrerer Kameras einstellen, dass zwischen den Kameras gewechselt werden soll – sonst geht es euch wie uns und man hat versehentlich nur ein Kind im Blick. ðð Mit der Einstellung ist dann aber alles tip top. ðð»
Very nice baby monitor. Picture is clear and I love that I can watch both babies on it it has a function where it switches between the two camera every ten seconds. Also the monitor is good size and itâs very easy to use.
Kamera an sich ein gutes Produkt, allerdings wird es mit einem NEMA- Stecker geliefert und Rücksendung aus Deutschland kostet 50 Euro und damit hat man am Ende fast 100% Verlust.
I love the Hello Baby video monitor. It has so many convenient features at such an inexpensive price adn very easy to set up. I use it to keep watch over my 98 year old mother when I am in another part of the house or on another floor as she can no longer do the stairs as well as when she is sleeping. I had a couple of problems that weren’t addressed in the manual so I contacted them through their email account. They replied within a day with the solution and it was readily fixed. Their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend their product. Linda Iazzetta
