How do you install this on a high chair?
You pull the 2 side straps though the holes your lap straps come though, put the upper straps over back of chair to the front and over baby’s shoulders then string lap straps though the shoulder straps and through crotch strap. Crotch strap helps keep them in.Just looped the harness around and back into the one buckle. It was very easy to do. Depending on high chair and model, how we will adapt them.They go through the openings on the back of the highchair.It maybe a little difficult to attach the straps if you are a raw hand.

I got these straps to replace the old, worn-out ones on my babyâs high chair, and they works good. The 5-point harness makes me feel like my little one is extra secure, especially since heâs at that stage where he wants to wiggle out of everything. The straps are easy to adjust and feel sturdy, though it did take me a bit of time to thread everything properly during installation. Once they were in place, the fit was snug, and my baby seemed comfortable. Iâm glad I went with theseâit gave the high chair a whole new life!

Needed a harness for a high chair that would be universal for any brand – this worked out great.
I bought this for a wooden high chair. I had to use the instructions to figure out how to strap it to the chair. It wasn’t hard to figure out how to install it on the chair once I looked at the pictures. I love how easy it is to use on my high chair. The button is easy to push to release. My child is young so this is a plus for me since it’s so easy to get him out of the chair. I hate struggling with really difficult buttons and clips. This may be a problem for you if you have an older child who likes to push the button and unhook themselves. For me, I think this is a great deal for the price and I’ve been impressed with how well I like this product. It definitely makes my life easier.
I had trouble figuring out how to configure the straps. The directions should be more complete. But then, Iam also a knot-challenged 70 yr old. My 32 yr old niece did it in 5 minutes. But, after installation, a good product at a great price. Five points a must for my squirmy 9 month old.
My mother in law gifted us a beautiful wooden high chair that my husband used as a baby. It’s in fantastic shape, but it lacked a 5-point harness. This was easy to install, and is working out great after months of use. Lost a star only because the buckles gradually slide with time and use, so I have to tighten them every week or so. I would totally recommend this to anyone needing to upgrade an otherwise safe high chair.
I had a hard time finding replacement straps for my old wooden high chair. I was delighted that this worked with the cute new pad I bought for the chair. Now my granddaughter is safe!
In my opinion, this harness was hard to install. It might be univerisal but it was not easy to fit to my high chair. The instructions were WORTHLESS the web address for the video was incorrect. I was able to “adjust” the harness to work on the high chair. The high chair won’t be used daily or I would have returned the harness. It’s for my grandson so it will only be used occassionally. I would not recommend this product.
