Very comfy but broke on first camping trip…
I was excited for this chair to arrive before our final camp of the season… imagine my disappointment when the adjustment piece broke on day 2 of the camp out… before it broke it was comfy.
Very sturdy
Very sturdy. Like the security features. But is a bit difficult to clip the clips. Need someone with more strength than me to clip it properly

We bought this for my son for his 13th birthday solely because of its supposed durability and weight limit. Of course you don’t use a chair like this often. His first usage, he found is uncomfortable and unergonomic. Second use, we discovered the cloth chair portion was already ripping and we had to throw it away. Of course, we bought it early for his birthday and by the second usage, we had already passed the thirty day mark for returns. What a scam and rip off. HORRIBLE quality. Don’t waste your money.
I got this Hammock Camping Chair over a week ago, and I gotta say, I love it! Super easy to set up and fold down. I’m 5’9″ and can just barely touch the ground when I’m sitting in it comfortabely, but it’s super sturdy and stable. It’s like a swing, and I’ve tried it at all kinds of angles and never lost balance. For the price, I totally recommend it!
The part where the metal poles attach to the fabric seat is just a velcro strap with mesh. Upon the first sit, the mesh had a fault in it and the whole left side of the chair fell down and broke. In the first picture you can see how it’s supposed to be “held” on the right/in the background.After trying to adjust the velcro to hold the metal and sitting a second time, a different piece stabbed through the canvas fabric part. That’s when I gave up hope on this chair
I really wanted to like this chair as I love chairs that recline and are comfortable to lounge in.My first surprise was how heavy this is for a camping chair, almost 13 pounds.2nd surprise was how wide it was. They weren’t kidding when they said it could support up to 350 pounds.3rd surprise was how tall it was. Even at 6′ tall it wasn’t very comfortable for me to get in and out of. If they had just added a width adjustment to the frame to cause it to hang a little lower and narrower I might have given it 5 stars.The only time my back felt somewhat comfortable was when it was adjusted to nearly it’s full upright position, but then it wasn’t a recliner anymore. Not comfortable enough or light enough to warrant the precious little storage space in my little travel trailer.For the right person, I’m sure this would make a good Hammock Camping Chair.
