The chair came as advertised and is good quality.Some reviews stated wasn’t enough padding yet very comfortable.
Excellent, but a little hard to set up
The chair in itself is extremely comfortable. The material feels really good to sit on and I do not know what the other reviews are complaining about as I personally feel like there’s an adequate amount of cushion at the bottom. I especially like how the arms of the chair lean back as you lean back in the chair as well allowing you to rest your arms on the armrest regardless of how tilted back the chair is.The only issue I had with the chair was that it was a little difficult to attach the back of it to the bottom of the chair as the clearance for the four screws that would attach the back to the bottom of the chair are really hard to line up correctly. It was almost to the point that I thought they had miscalculated the length of the metal plate that connects the two pieces together. However, after much finagling I’d finally managed to fit the two pieces together and I can confirm that it does actually fit together you can find this in my second picture. There was also the problem that the instructions didn’t accurately label the screws so I had to guess which screws went where and while I did guess correctly I can imagine this introducing a lot of frustration to the setup. That’s if you were looking through the reviews to ensure that the chair can fit together I can only provide you the proof that it can be but you might have to do quite a bit of effort. However I personally think it’s worth it.
Not enough padding for backrest and seating.
Needs to be a taller backrest add another 6cm to thickness of seat cushion.

Product was purchased for in home office work for long hours and is extremely comfortable. The only issue is that the arm rests even though were installed and tightened properly? They are slightly loose and slight wobble effect.
Tseat needs a thicker seat feels like setting on a board.
The chair itself should be at least another 3 inches higher because it is hard to get up and out of when sitting. you asked for my opinion.. I feel that I wasted $ 275.00 for the but that’s my fault not yours. and believe me I looked at a lot of chairs.
