It is awesome to measure proportions of food. During meal time so that you know how much you are getting. I love how it comes with a couple of recipes to try. The only thing is the orange containers are very very small. I just hope I donât lose them.

Red container didnât measure 3/4 cup (it was about 2 tbsp less)
Nice containers but returned as the red container was supposed to be 3/4 cup and it was less than that. The accuracy of other cups were good.

I was expecting more recipes for some reason and it was a tiny pamphlet with a few recipes. The Tupperware was ok but a little overpriced for what I was expecting.
The portion control containers are absolutely perfect. I use them during the week so that I donât overeat. I also weigh my food and these help with tablespoons and cup amounts.
