I returned this toy because the mechanical sound of the voice giving instructions was unpleasant. Also, only the first one or two levels of play would have been suitable for my grandson. After that I found it to be really confusing for a child.

I purchased this for a toddler booth at our church fair. This is not intended for outdoor use ~ the sunshine makes it difficult to see the lighted frogs. This is a great game though and the kids loved it. Itâs meant for ages 2-5 but the older kids wanted to play as well. The music and sounds are well suited to the game & add to the fun. There are several functions and levels you can choose. We just used one level & one function & the children loved it. The additional functions & levels make it suitable for older children. It pictures one mallet but it does come with two!
I bought this interactive frog game for my 3-year-old toddler. He loves playing with the 5 different modes. It is very entertaining for the child and it also plays very enjoyable music, which brightens up the mood for the entire family. I highly recommend this as a gift to children.
This toy was a hit and took a lot of hits. The lights a sounds wound the players up and kept the excitement level high for a good while. This toy is a lot of fun and is very durable several adults took whacks at it also.
This game is fun and easy to play as soon as you put batteries in! My 2-year-old nephew had no trouble understanding he was supposed to hit the frogs with the hammer. Now, he doesn’t wait for the frogs to light up or play the games, but he loves hitting the frogs and pushing the buttons. His favorite thing to do is to turn the game off and on so he can hear the intro music and see all the frogs light up. My 7-year-old and 11-year-old nieces can actually play through the 5 modes and I confess that we adults had to take turns, too LOL! This is a fun way for everyone to enjoy playing a game, but it can get rather competitive!!!The game has volume control, but the opening music comes on full blast and LOUD every time you turn the game on. We solved this by placing a couple of pieces of duct tape over the speakers and now the music is at a tolerable level. The hammers are lightweight, but can still hurt if you bop someone over the head with them. I wish the hammers had a squeaky sound to them as that would have been fun and reinforce it was a toy and not a real tool. The box the game comes in is pretty basic and unimpressive, but the game looks great otherwise.We all had a fun time playing this, but it is a rather expensive electronic game for kids. The water spray/fog adds a fun challenge and makes it a unique selling feature, but I would have preferred to pay less and not have it as it is optional to use.
The kids loved it! My grandson is 8 years old and my granddaughter is 3 years old. There are different levels and games to play so my grandson really had fun with it. My granddaughter is getting better with hand eye coordination so she had fun too. They both really loved when they won a level and the water vapors came out of the frogs mouth as a reward. They were so excited to play against their mom and dad. Great toy for family fun!
