Hot Therapy relieves mastitis and plugged ducts, as well as encourages milk let-down to reduce time spent pumping. Simply place in refrigerator or freezer until desired temperature for a cold/ice pack effect. For a hot pack effect, simply place in microwave until desired temperature is reached. For keeps! Worth the penny.
I like the fabric type on the back, you donât need to put cloth when applying. It really help me ease my pain. Just be mindful with the instructions to follow and it will last long.
Not a great product design
I Like that it can be somewhat shaped and doesn’t become rock hard in the freezer since it has those tiny little freeze balls inside.However there’s no “cover” for it, I didn’t realize one side was felt and the other wasn’t. The side without the soft felt gets way too cold to put directly on skin and the felt side doesn’t get cold enough to make a difference. The edges are a sharp plastic; not smooth so those edges dig in and chafe the skin/nipple area if it gets too close. Really uncomfortable. Wish I knew and feel like I wasted my money! I feel like if it had its own unique shaped cover I could give it more stars
You get only 2, unlike the photo
Unlike in the photo, you get only 2 of them, not 4. Otherwise they’re great. The fabric side is perfect so you don’t have to use a cloth with it.
Comforting
I bought this after having mastitis and found it brought tremendous relief, helped to clear it. One side has a soft velvet padding which makes it really comfortable.
Good but one was shipped broken
One of my gel bead ice packs had a hole in it and the beads were going everywhere I had to throw the one out â¦
NOT microwave friendly at all
Item exploded after being microwaved for 20 seconds on low. The plastic side burst right open and is not fixable. Disappointed and a waste of money.

Both pads exploded/broke in microwave within seconds. Do not recommend!
Let me begin by saying I use these to help ease the wonderful hot flashes that recently have taken over me. I wanted something discreet and that didnât leak. I place them inside my bra before leaving the house and they manage to keep me cooler and last between 20-40 minutes depending on the heat wave radiating off of me. I like that itâs not obvious thereâs something in my bra and they are easy to insert and take out. They form easily and avoid the nip area. I wish these had been around when my children were born bc these would have been much better than the hot and cold cabbage leaves I had my engorged tatas covered with.
Excellent product; I got for a friend who had a core biopsy and was recovering. The dual side is great and these can be tucked into a sports bra or other bra easily. They are also thin/discreet enough, she was able to ice at work in her office without people noticing. Get multiple sets because they don’t stay cold that long, but at the same time they are pretty comfortable and it reminds you not to keep on too long. Per my friend, she wishes they came in multiple sizes (even her being petite) because the hole needed to be a little bigger just for comfort and positioning flexibility. Overall, these are great and my friend said these ice packs should be offered to every woman going through the biopsies by the medical/imaging centers. Also she said don’t leave on too long because the coldest (plastic) side will get a little sticky on your skin, as it is used, and comes up to room temperature (the soft side was still very much appreciated, and it helps wearing under clothes when icing). Nothing major though. Highly recommend, she said!
I liked them except that the curve should be larger. To be able to fit under your arm or breast or anywhere except perhaps around your pinky finger. The curvature is just too small and I am not that large myself so thatâs not it. Otherwise the work as intended. Stays cold fairly well. Freezes quickly and the flatness is good for tucking between your arm and side without a lot of bulk. Would recommend. But would like the shape a little more user friendly.
I actually use these to cool down when outside don’t laugh they work great ladies! Several uses for this soft felt like on one side
I bought these for a friend who just had her first baby. Having a 6yr old I remember all of the issues I had breastfeeding including having mastitis – it was horrible! Once I knew she was going to breastfeed I thought these would make a great gift. Within her first three weeks with baby I got a text saying what a great gift these were and how much she has already been using them. Now that Iâm pregnant with my second child will definitely be purchasing again for myself!
