I can’t stop raving about Jacko & Co Car seat! I love the material how easy it’s to wipe and clean dirt off! Walnut is a 22lb Shiba Inu, the small dog seat fits him perfectly! The back matches our seat very well and there is a little strap to keep them in place. I use to have a bucket that only strapped to one headrest and it was not as comfortable and big as this one. The small also fits perfectly in one seat and allows two people to fit in the back. I cant wait to go on long drives knowing he’s safe and comfortable. You can really tell that it was made with dog parents in mind 🙂
Puppy seems to like it.
Happy with this choice. Easy to put in place and adjust. Quality appears to be good. Placed it in cloths dryer to bluff out and our puppy was comfy and settled. In Canada, it is illegal to have pets in a vehicle when driving if they are not secured so this will serve the dual purpose of being legal and having a safer seat for our pet. I recommend this for quality and price.

My dog is a 26 lb cockapoo for reference, we got the grey size medium so she would have lots of room!She was very comfy & had plenty of space to sprawl out and nap on those longer car rides. She really likes the material (didnât make her too warm) and itâs easy to clean!We love it!

My dog much prefers this car bed over the Amazon basics one as he can comfortably lay down in it. I bought the biggest size for my cavalier King Charles spaniel and itâs the perfect fit for him to lay down. The downsides are that it is a hair magnet (I have to clean it almost every day) and that itâs not a safe option in case of an accident (my dog is not held in place securely during the drive).
Great car bed!
This comfortable bed can sit in your front or back seat of your car. It has strong straps that fasten around the back of your car seat to keep it in place and protect your dog. Handles make it easy to carry around and zippers allow it to be opened so it can be a regular dog bed as well. Very happy with this purchase.
Great car bed
My dog is 12 pounds, heâs a dachshund mix so has a long body and he fit perfectly in this bed. He had plenty of room to move around and he could even get 2 feet up on the window to look outside when he wanted. It is a soft bed but we still added a few blankets for him. Easy to fasten into the car and love the handles that make it easy to carry.Itâs not a booster seat so donât order it if thatâs what youâre looking for.For what we needed itâs a 5 star product. Bonus – we bring it inside and use as a regular dog bed when itâs not needed in the car.

My 8.5 lb Chihuahua hopped in and made herself comfy the minute I pulled it out of the packaging. Itâs extremely well made with multiple secure buckles and fasteners for added security in the front or back seat of the car and I love that it doubles up as a bed/travel bed with added handles that makes it super easy to move around and transport. And waterproof!!! What else could you ask for? By far the best seat in the house!
Flimsy & Requires DIY & a steamer.
The dog car seat came in a vacuum-sealed package. The “anti-wrinkle” fabric came heavily wrinkled. The plastic foam inside was deformed. After rearranging the foam and steaming out the wrinkles I realized that the bed is flimsy. It has little structural integrity and leans a bit forward which is not how it is marketed. The pillows on all four sides have nothing to structure them. Using my old dog car seat, I took out some foam, glued pieces together and placed it under the pillow to stretch out the corners and give the fabric some much-needed tension. This also provides gives the bottom some weight since it is only a thin plastic sheet under the pillow. After all that work, I think I have achieved that comfy look that is marketed in the listing.Also, the seams are messy. Lots of loose threads, crooked sowing, and a messy finish on the inside. The zipper has no reinforcement, so might have to sow on some hooks to keep the zipper up.The handles are thin and are not designed to last a long time. I also expected the side pockets to be longer but they are only 20cm long with a small elastic.Overall: I think it’s OK. I do not think it is worth $100 for the quality. The design needs serious structural integrity improvements, neater workmanship, and different shipping packaging because the vacuum seal is ruining the stuffing inside.
We bought two of these for our road trip across the US to secure our corgi and frenchie. These are the first dog seats we have ever purchased. Our frenchie doesn’t love traveling and cries and cries unless she is sitting in a lap. I really wanted to avoid having to hold her for the 40+ hours we would be in the car so I thought I’d give these a try. I was not very hopeful as I was pretty convinced that nothing would make her as happy as a lap. However, what a success!!! We secured each one to each of the captains chairs in the 2nd row of our Sequoia. The dogs were secure as we used the provided strap to hook into their harnesses. They were very comfortable the entire trip. Our Frenchie has bladder issues. She did wet the seat three times putting the water resistant fabric to the test. It definitely works. I did put a water resistant blanket under the seat just to protect my car even more and one inside the dog seat so I could protect the dog seat as she would be in it for so long. When she did wet the seat I’d switch out the blanket inside so she was always in a clean seat. I just washed both seats in the washing machine. I have a front loader. I washed each one separately. I let them air dry. They cleaned up nicely.They aren’t rigid seats but for us that was better. They really enjoyed snuggling into these. At the hotel we unzipped the sides and used them as dog beds.I’m impressed with the quality and the comfort and security they provided for our dogs. I’m really happy we bought these.

This was a difficult choice, with so many dog car seats out there, but this one is perfect for me and my pup. I drive a Mini Cooper and my dog is a whippet-terrier-chihuahua mix, about 15 lbs?? It is easy to secure to my passenger seat (with a leather car cover I recently installed btw), it’s cozy, I put an extra little blanket inside, my dog is secure enough with the hook that is attached within the seat, but he doesn’t jump around…so if you have a dog that does, I also bought an extra bungee cord strap in case, and separately, just for his collar, if needed. It keeps my dog safe and completely secure when braking in traffic, it has foldable sides that work for sun-shading, I can easily carrying him into the groomers while still in the seat, it’s simply perfect, well-made, beautiful material…and worth it after years of having my dogs sit on my car seats. I feel good about this purchase and caring for my pet. I took a lot of time to choose, hopefully this will help you to decide.
