Thick & waterproof
These pants are lovely and thick. Definitely water proof versus water repellent. My daughter wore them for the first time on the weekend. The snow had just melted away and there were puddles and thick mud everywhere. Within a few minutes of arriving at the park, she launched herself into a thick muddy slope and proceeded to try to swim through the muck. Rolling. Sliding. Climbing. I thought the pants would be stained and dirty after the intense beating they took. To my surprise, my daughter’s clothing were dry and clean when we took these pants off at home. Threw them in the wash right away and they came out clean as a whistle. No stains.

We love them! They arrived a day sooner than expected. They are very waterproof. My kid was literally laying in a water puddle. only her socks were wet – because the water came into her boots, he pants were tucked into them, not pulled over.We got the floral pattern it is so pretty. 10 out of 10 recommend!
Top quality rain pants
Itâs so cute and although it was a little baggy on my daughter, thereâs room to accommodate her growth.Itâs so well constructed and is of better quality than the ones at my local stores.The price is a little higher than youâd expect for a childâs rain pants but this is one that my daughter will be passing on to her younger sister.
i know from past purchases that these are in fact waterproof, i sized up and they lasted my kid for 2 yrs before outgrown, will now be passed on to a friend. this specific pair is unlined, and are being returned .I reccommend the lined ones, and drying at lower temp.
Bought these for my daughter to wear while we vacationed in Edinburgh where rainy weather is expected at least some of the time. We sat outside in a stadium (for a show) during intermittent rain. We found that the seams are not waterproofed as described and the leggings she was wearing under these “rain pants” were wet all along the inseams and the seat of her pants. These pants could possibly work if you’re just taking a quick walk but not if you need any longer lasting coverage or if you need to sit outside in the rain. They run a little big and I sized down.
Took my toddler to a very muddy pumpkin patch today and she slipped in the mud several times. She got mud all the way up to her crotch and it stayed on her for several hours, and she was completely dry underneath!!!! Will recommend these to everybody!!
Living in the Pacific Northwest I need my rain gear to really work. Weâve had these out and about at the park for a couple weeks and this is the first time we really tried it in some puddles. Kids pants came out dry. Very happy with purchase and they are so adorable besides.
My daughter is 6.5 I wanted to get her pants with room to grow so that one pair will last (hopefully) 2 seasons. After reading about rain pants I decided to order a 7. Itâs great! Not too big but big enough where she will have room to grow. She has been literally sitting in a mud puddle for the last hour playing with gi joes and no complaints so far. We live in Georgie and it really turns into the Pacific Northwest here each winter. Lots and lots of overcast and rain. I am buying rain gear for all my kids so they can play outside in the winter. Love these pants so far!
