Wonderful quality
Love this brand, although a bit pricey. The colours, patterns and quality are great. Too expensive though given my kids lose a lot of stuff and I often need doubles.

This jacket is perfect for rainy Vancouver. It’s long enough to cover my kids butt. (Key if they’re playing at recess) and the fleece lining is warm enough in the fall/spring. I ordered a size up and she can fit a thick zip up sweater on under it for when it’s colder. The hood has a bill to keep the rain away from her face and the pockets are perfect for her to keep her mittens in, just incase. I’ll definitely be buying her a new one when she grows out of it.

I love buying Jan & Jul because itâs good quality gear that lasts and actually looks good! It fits a little large, maybe half a size, so youâll actually get some wear out of it and can pass it on to your friends!
riped right down the side seem after a couple of days of use
The quality appears good and I have bought these products before with good results (which is why I purchsed again) but my daughter’s rain coat ripped right down the arm and body side seem after only wearing it a couple of times and after only a minor tug on the material. I still gave it a four because of my good past experience with a differnt rain coat and rain pants but it was a bummer.

My daughter goes to a year round outdoor school and this jacket has been a lifesaver! Fleece lined and ultra waterproof so it keeps her warm and dry all day. We live in Washington where it rains a lot. I highly recommend Jan and Jul outdoor gear! I purchased the fleece lined rain pants also and my daughter loves them. They are stain resistant and easy to wash. The fit is perfect and they are very durable. You canât beat the price for the quality!
