This is pretty thin, but I guess should work nicely for warmer weather.
We purchased two of these to keep our twin grand babies warm during our Georgia winters. Just the right thickness for milder winter climates.
I thought it would be a little thick. From the pictures it looks like that but they are deceiving. I wouldâve returned it but I threw away the box. Itâs so flimsy and thin.
I purchase this product as I thought it was an awesome option for winter and my baby was due in the middle of winter and we live in the North where winters can be cold and windy.I have ever intention of using the product for the stroller, but in going through our hospital classes for bringing home baby, we realized this product cannot be used to take the baby home in. It specifically adds a layer of material between the baby and the car seat (the openings allow the straps to go through, but material is still between baby and the physical seat padding). This specifically means that it isn’t “crash tested” approved by the car seat manufacturer and so the hospital will not allow it to be used. Many other baby products also fall into this category. This may not be the case in other areas, but in my area we aren’t allowed to use it to bring our son home. We ended up purchasing a product that goes around the outside of the car seat. I was really disappointed in the marketing of the product to find out it’s considered a very big no-no and even considered dangerous.
