Bought these for my daughters first birthday pictures. Exactly as pictured and fit great. She’s about 19 pounds and 29 inches and they fit from her ankles to the tops of her thighs like I wanted. Was delivered 2 days sooner than expected which was great. The surprised leg warmers were perfect and matched just right with the Halloween outfit she was wearing.
Very scratchy but otherwise good quality. Returned only due to the fact that if not wearing over tights, they would be very uncomfortable due to the metallic threading that makes them sparkly.
