Adorable Gift for a Young Ballerina
I purchased this for my daughter as part of a gift for her ballet recital last week. She loves it and keeps it on her night table usually, but will sometimes sleep with it. It’s a good size, very soft, the tutu material can be a bit scratchy, but hasn’t bothered her. I preferred a doll over flowers for her recital since my mom and in-laws were already getting flowers, but also because she can keep this forever.

My 5 year old granddaughter has been taking dance lessons for over a year, not just ballet, but other dances as well. Ballet is her favorite though! She especially likes the dance recitals so she can wear the fancy dresses! I got her this ballerina doll to go with a few other small gifts for after her upcoming recital. She will absolutely love this doll with the bright colors on the skirt. One thing I did notice, but Iâm sure will not be a big deal and not noticed by my granddaughter is the way the legs are sewn on, the feet/point shoes turn inward. Overall, it is darling and will most definitely get a lot love!
