The size is bigger than I thought but not too big! It feels sturdy right now and was easy to put together. My son has a ton of books and it holds almost all of them and probably could fit them all if I strategically put the books in there. Itâs a cute design and matches my sonâs room perfectly. Good height and very thin so it fits perfectly in his room.
This is exactly what we were looking for. Good size, easy to set up and does not take up a lot of space
This book rack makes a good display in a classroom without taking up too much floor space. Capacity is reasonable–it’s not meant to stash a whole classroom library, but it’s good for highlighting a selection of titles for a theme or holiday. I’m using it with older kids (4th grade) and so far it’s holding up to their handling.
Just as described! Easy to put together. Not the sturdiest but worth $20. I bought 2, the kids love bring able to see their books better.
I perused some of the other reviews, and some people critiqued that there were large holes that were unsafe for little fingers. Those holes were designed for the pipes to go in, and when it’s put together that way, you’ll have a sturdier bookshelf, and it won’t be a problem for little fingers. I was kinda surprised that it was put together that way. The instructions are pretty minimalist, but it only took me about 20 minutes to put it together.I really like it. I had a different rack before, and my baby kept trying to climb it and hurt his feet. Granted, the rack wasn’t designed for baby use, haha. This one is wonderful. It holds a fair amount of books, but it also has pockets on the front, which I LOVE! Those pockets are perfect for flashcards. We are using the top two tiers for library books so they’ll be easier to keep separated from our own books. The bottom two shelves are primarily for materials I am using to teach my baby to read. It’s great that it’s small and visible so we can remember to have multiple little sessions more often throughout the day.This one is a win so far! And at $20 it’s a great deal- so many of the tiered bookshelves cost a small fortune.
