Messy, would not recommend especially for the price
The term leak proof in the title is misleading, this would be fine for older kids, but there are much better option if that’s your case. Order three of these and all do not seal the air vent when closed(offset) and when opened if they are turned upside down the straw will just pour the water out, there is no valve in the stem. If your looking for a basic straw enclosed bottle, these might work, but these are definitely not spill or leak proof in any way
Kid loves, me not so much
This thing doubles as a water spout when tipped upside down. Kid loves the Dinos and the added features. I have a soaked carpet and back seat of my car.
Poor quality plastic.
Ordered this assuming it would be as durable as the classic Nalgene plastic bottle. It was not. Toddler dropped it once on to a hard floor and it cracked.
