The background color is dark gray-black. The website calls the bedspread brown. – Wrong! colorblind label. I love and wanted brown NOT a shade of black.
I have a full size adjustable bed and found that i had to size up to a queen size quilt for this to fit properly. It does not hang on the floor.The quilt is beautiful with quality workmanship. Itâs not too heavy and is reversible. The colors are stunning.It came in a vacuum sealed bag and took three days for the wrinkles to work its way out; no ironing was needed.I believe this item is a bit overpriced and you pay for the name Laura Ashley, but you get what you pay for. Iâve had Laura Ashley products in the past and they do last a long time, even with washing and drying. It pairs well with white or navy sheets.I recommend this product to others if youâre willing to pay a little extra for a product that lasts long with washing/drying.
Itâs just as pictured and exactly what I was looking for. Not sure about quality for how expensive it was it already has a hole in it. For the price I expected it to hold up better I have washed it once according to the tag and had it on my bed for 5 days and there is already a hole which is disappointing.
This is a beautiful quilt. The colors are lovely and complement one another so well. Itâs of a good weight and covers the bed nicely.
