I am teaching from home this year and needed some magnetic manipulatives for lessons. These are awesome! I love that you can lay pieces overtop of each other! ( something the magnetic FOAM fraction pieces canât do). These will come in handy when I go back to in person teaching.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve, ahem, taped actual pattern blocks to my white board to do a demo. I finally thought – why not see if I can get a magnetic set? I’m not sure why I didn’t think about this years ago! Great purchase. I think they are well made and nice and big, so the kids can see them well.
Great to use in the classroom
I use these on my classroom whiteboard. Large displays are great for the kids and me. Kids at the back can see them well too. I like that they can be layered one on top of another. It makes it easy to show how 1 hexagon is the same as 3 rhombuses etc. The kids love to come up and have a chance to use the “giant blocks”. There is a great amount of blocks. They like to float around in the box so I rubber band each block to its mates and keep them all in their original box. You could use a separate box too.
Super for classroom use. These are big enough to teach whole class lessons on geometry. They magnets are strong enough that they don’t slide down. If they get dirty, they can easily be wiped clean. Comes in a nice box, which is spacious enough to store them in verses some boxes where the items have to fit perfectly in to get the box to close.
Perfect size to use during our whole group Math lessons! The kids LOVED them!
