We have a ‘library kid’ who loves borrowing books. While we have a floor-stand style traditional bookshelf for her personal collection, we prefer using these clear ones for displaying library books (because at this point in time, our toddler picks books by their (colourful) covers).Because these book shelves are crystal clear, she can see the artwork fully and she knows that is where the library books are displayed and read from until it’s time to bring them back. I think not mixing them up with our personal collection, makes it easy for her to remember and establish a routine.The 8-pack is the best bulk-value per item (under $7 per shelf). We have 4 installed along the ‘library book wall’ – and it’s a good reminder for her to not pick out more books than can fit in those 4 shelves (about 8-12 books – depending on depth and width).We have another in the kitchen to hold visual recipe cards when we make food together with our toddler. It’s great because you can see all the way to the bottom of the page and it keeps things ‘clean’ and off the counter and is easy to wipe down the exterior. We have yet another 1 in her ‘learning’ area – we keep a card with numbers and the alphabet on display, so that she can see it at all times. But we can swap it out with flash cards when we do ‘lessons’ (perfect again because of the see-through nature of the acrylic) and finally 2 on her bedroom wall for night time books that double as artwork.Cannot say enough good things about these clear shelves! You will find them so useful over a traditional shelf where the bottom section is ‘hidden’.

The side of the shelves are blocked with a bolt and this means it wonât fall off the side edges either.Because of the shape and dimensions of the bookshelves, the shelves are not really appropriate for displaying other things like toys, for example.I recommend these bookshelves!
Neat Looking Shelves
I love how neat these shelves are. Easy for my kids to see what book do they want to take as well. Easy to install but creates a bigger hole on the wall compare to usual shelves. Other than that, it’s durable and modern looking shelves â¨
Great vertical storage solution and display case for action figures and dolls
I needed a way to organize and display the kids action figures and dolls and these acrylic shelves have been able to help me do that. I feel the kids have been able to get more play out of the toys when they are neatly organized this way because it reminds them of what they have. I also think it has encouraged them to clean up after themselves after playing with the toys because they now have a specific place in their room to return them. The shelves themselves are easy to install. The kit comes with everything you need to do the installation and it was simple enough to do. I like that I was able to create vertical storage on the wall with these shelves, making their rooms look bigger. The price is also more than reasonable for the number of items you get.

These clear acrylic floating shelves from Lifewit are a fantastic addition to any room!They arrived well-packaged with no breaks or cracks, though the packaging is not the most eco-friendly.All the hardware needed for installation is included including the cutest little bubble level, making setup a breeze. All you need is a drill to make a hole for the drywall plugs and a screwdriver!The 2-inch gap between the wall and the front of the shelf is perfect for displaying tall, thin objects like books, candles, tchotchkes, or dried florals. The tallness at the front of the shelf is really nice because things won’t fall over like they would on a picture ledge.I haven’t decided where to put them yet so I styled a couple as an example. The shelf hold a decent amount of thin books or you could go with one big coffee table book.These shelves from Lifewit are versatile and can be used in any spaceâwhether it’s the bedroom, living room, nursery, or powder room.Overall, a stylish and functional addition to any room!

These are great! Advertised mostly for a kid’s room, but these look nice enough to put in an adult office setting as well. Exactly as pictured. Clear acrylic allows you to see the full cover of the book. Strong and sturdy. Can hold a few books depending on the size. Heavier books work just fine, as well. Easy to install. Great way to display books or have them easily accessible. Recommended.
Easy To Install
These shelves are easy to install, look nice, and feel sturdy when installed properly. We use these to store our daughter’s Barbie’s and other dolls. They just stand upright and lean against the wall.
Good book shelves
These are great shelves to display books! I got this for my toddlers play room and plan to rotate books through out the seasons/holidays. These are great cause they are clear, so it goes with any decor. Easy to install and I love that it came with 8!
My boyfriend is a magazine hoarder, and I was tired of them laying around, so I got the idea to get this so we could display them in an *organized* way. Installation wasn’t too bad at all! Once we got the holes drilled and the screw bits in, it was as easy as tightening it and hoping they were level. They look great and hold all our magazines well! Great value for the price, too!!
