Do not buy
Do not buy this product. The ladder does not lay flat nor does it stay flush to the floor. Very wobbly. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing because they will not give a full refund, even though their product is defective. Instead, they offer you $2-5 and tell you to keep the bad product.

My son likes it. Easy for him to set up to use himself. Sturdy and easy to clean! Bulkier than expected when folded but still good for space needed…. Love that the cushion seat comes off for cleaning!!

The product is malfunctioned i tried to return it and when i asked for a return they gave me a excuse that you have to pay for the post stamps which is $15 and you will be delivering on your own we are not responsible for this returnThey further said how about you keep the product and we give a you $2 discount like seriously! Stop bribing other people instead just try to improve your product

Unsafe and does not work
I hate this product. The steps are too narrow, it is very wobbly, not sturdy at all, it does not sit flush on the toilet, it does not stand flush on the floor. My child cannot climb the stairs because of how unsafe and wobbly it is, they cant turn on the stairs either because the steps are not wide enough. My child has even mentioned how they dont feel safe using the product. Bad design, waste of money
