I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of this product and the level of customer service I have received. Unfortunately, the product I purchased did not meet my expectations in terms of quality, also its too small for my son .. we didn’t even use it.Additionally, when I reached out for assistance, the customer service team was unable to provide satisfactory solutions.They want me to pay for shipping service fee to be able to return the item back.
