I got our lollipop for our first bornâs room! All my girlfriends have and love them so it was an easy choice. Currently I am working with their customer service about a concern and it is an easy and lovely process. We upgraded with the sensor during the four month regression, and will be getting another lollipop for our sonâs flex space soon!
Placement in the room is very important
Got it for my first baby and I love it. The sensor is accurate, but placement in the room is very important I’d you meant it to so its job correctly. So put it close to the crib, not near the heater or a window. Plus size wise I was surprised at how small it was.
Arrived faulty
I purchased the sensor after loving the one for my first child however after finally taking it out of the box for my 2nd the prongs on the sensor are very loose and it Will not stay plugged into any outlet
Overpriced but does what it says
Priced 2x higher than what it’s worth, but it’s a truly plug and play solution to know the temp/humidity/air quality in your nursery. Probably should have been functionality available out of the box for the Lollipop, but it’s not, so if you want to know these things, pony up or wait for a sale on Black Friday.
Takes worries away
Bought for my nephew, takes a lot of worries away with its constant environment monitoring. My sister loves it.

Soooo impressed and happy with this baby monitor! The video quality is next level and lets us zoom right in to see what little one is up to, and the cry detection notifications to our phones is so convenient. I also LOVE that I can play classical music for babe as heâs falling asleep and waking up. Itâs a total game changer for naps and bedtimes over here. Canât recommend this monitor enough.
We love this product! It gives us piece of mind about the room conditions. I love being able to see the temp and humidity of the room. We were able to find the best conditions for the room and got our baby to sleep through the night. The air quality function is unique and I appreciate it. Customer service is amazing and helped me with an issue quickly. Love it! Easy to set up and use. Doesn’t take up much space or look funky, and is a good value for what you get.
I got this because Iâm paranoid about the temp in my baby girls room and I always wondered if itâs accurate⦠tonight while I was in her room her air quality was âgoodâ and I farted twice not thinking anything of it and I got a notification that her air quality has now changed to âmoderateâ. I wonât question how good it works anymore.
I got this sensor for the lollipop camera in my toddlerâs room and it works as advertised.
Is it totally necessary? That depends on if you value the information it provides! Nice to know temp, basic indication of air quality and humidity. Is it the pinnacle of technological innovation and scientific accuracy? Probably not, but it does give you a good idea with the readings. Just like with any sensor don’t place it next to a vent, direct sunlight, stuffed behind a dresser, or anywhere that doesn’t get natural airflow and you should get decent readings on your camera feed. It is a nice addition to a neat camera. If you want the absolute most accurate temp, humidity, air quality probably spend the $100 plus to get one of those instruments. If you want a solid indication then buy this one.
Update-Company sent me a new sensor. This one registers a temp and humidity; however, I have two other monitors in the same room and lollipop is always at least 3 degrees higher in temperature and about 2% lower in humidity than my other two monitors (which are different brands but they are always very close to each other). So the lollipop does not work well and is pretty useless.Original review:Cheaply made. The plug part of this sensor is broken, it is so loose in the casing and wonât plug all the way into any outlet. So of course since it wonât plug in all the way, it wonât turn on and I canât see the temperature in my babyâs room. Given that I bought this months ago and am only just now using it after moving baby into his own room, I am outside the return window and have wasted my money. Really cheaply made product with zero customer service from the company (they are âon holidayâ at the moment). Look elsewhere, a lot of monitors have this feature built in already.
