Great for babies refusing BLW with hands
I tried BLW on my 6 month old 5 days ago. She shows absolutely no interest in picking up food and bringing it to her mouth. Itâs as if sheâs repulsed by the texture of food. I bought these and she actually brings these spoons to her mouth. I smash food inside. Used it once so far and it was a success. It got her interested in bringing food to the mouth. Similar texture to her teething toys, so she actually does want to put it in her mouth. My hope is that these spoons will help her discover food and then sheâll finally get over the texture of food and grab the food directly with her fingers.

Love these! They are light and easy to use. My son can pick it up and feed himself after a little practice . I recommend letting the baby have the spoon for some practice before food. Easy to grip, he likes to chew on it. These are easy clean. Rise well to get everything off as it is textured. Good for on the go as itâs small and light. Iâd recommend to parents looking for something easy and baby centric for working on self feeding.

Ideal little spoons for purées and mash, as the food stays inside the grooves well. The size is also perfect for little hands to grab onto for self feeding. Having multiples is great in case your baby throws one onto the floor. The only problem is it doesnât come with a cleaning brush, which youâd absolutely need for cleaning the grooves so make sure you procure one of that prior to purchasing.

These are perfect for my baby as she is starting to eat solids. The purées stay on them and my baby can feed herself with them. They are also the perfect size for her little mouth. I find a spoon can be hard for her to get the purée out of, but these are great for her to learn the concept,
