I use these with the spectra gold synergy pump because it only comes with a size 24mm flange. Fits the bottles for these pumps. I recommend getting a few to reduce washing cycles
We bought these for my wifeâs breast pump because the valves that come with the pump were too big in size. Highly recommend buying the correct size valves for you pump.

This product fits PERFECT with my Spectra. As an exclusively pumping mama, I knew I would be able to keep with the demand of washing my pump parts. I purchased a 20 mm flange size because 21 mm flange was too big. But as other people commented the sizing is the exact same and not actually smaller. It should be slightly smaller but I measured both and it was the same. Giving a two star because the product itself works if you have the right size.
