The soft silicone makes it a nice thing to have in the bed. We haven’t tried the breathing exercises yet, but the colour options are nice too for the light. Would be nice to add a musical lullaby or something similar to the noise options.

You canât leave sound on while shutting off light. We rarely use it cause itâs not as functional
Very mechanical
I got this for my 10-year-old who has difficulty staying asleep. Sheâs very sensitive to sounds within the house and we have puppies. The sound machine will turn off after two hours. Thatâs in the description, but I wish it stayed on all night. The charge lasts a number of days up to a week. However, the only sound that she can use is the sort of white noise static sound. All the others are way too tinny and mechanical sounding. There is one sound that is dripping water and it actually scares her. At times I find the light a little too bright.
I bought this for my 94 year old father who had Alzheimerâs. He loved it. Very calming for him. Iâm hoping it helps when itâs time to get him in bed which is when he is most anxious.
Functionality sound
My classroom loves using as a calming strategy. It is pretty small and the automatic timer has me turning it back on several times a day.
My 10 year old son loves this. I wish there was a simple “night light” mode that played the sound and didn’t change colors. However, my son loves the waves crashing sound, and the breathing exercise is also very helpful. The light is not too bright, but definitely helps him to fall asleep. The battery lasts so long too, I’ve only charged it a couple times in the months we’ve owned it.
Itâs helpful with relaxation and has a good battery life. I took this on a trip and it helped me relax/fall asleep ð´
