These are just like Legos, except they stick together tighter. Good, in terms of not falling apart easily, a little more difficult to separate if you make a mistake. This is a great product and value though I wouldn’t recommend it for young children, perhaps 12+ rather than 6+. I’m enjoying putting this together. It’s not done yet, but so far the detail is amazing. Definitely recommend!
I was hesitant to buy as it wasn’t Lego brand but it had all the pieces, good instructions and looks nice.
I have spent last weekend putting together the little cute house. There were 2 missing parts which I substituted with some parts that I had home from lego. Today on 2.26.24 I have decided to continue and finish the light house. And again there were missing parts. I was very disappointed and dissembled everything .Unfortunately , I did not take any pictures of the house which I have built.I put everything back in box and will return it tomorrow am.No more other brands for me only lego.I have pirate ship from lego,Paris, Big Ban, Bansai Tree,lovebirds and Taj Mahal from lego.Lego has an excellent instruction and extra parts as well.
This is a really fun project to build and the result is a beautiful, nautical themed display piece. I built the Lego lighthouse in early summer, and I loved the way it looked so much that I wanted more lighthouses to build. This one did not disappoint! It is fun to build with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The bricks are the same size as Lego bricks, which was a pleasant surprise. Often, the building sets with such intricate designs are either mini or micro bricks, and they are harder to build. These bricks are of comparable quality to Lego, but they are a fraction of the price. I also liked that the battery for the light and the on-off switch are at the top of the build rather than at the bottom, as was the case with my Lego lighthouse. This one is much easier to access when you want to turn it on and off, which makes the display for more fun in the end! I have been building brick models – Lego, Mega, Enjbrick, and more – with children and grandchildren for a while now, and based on my experience, I would say this build is probably for experienced brick builders, ages 10 and up. Of course, builders ages 6 and up could build with someone, but they would likely need some help. Overall, this is one of my all-time favorite buidls!
My grandson said some pieces were missing, some were hard to fit together and others broke easily.
