How can I make the fabric cover smooth out?
All pieces have been tightly compressed for a period of time, so it is not uncommon for it to look a little wrinkly, but don’t worry, the fabric will gradually flatten out. You can use a garment steamer on moderate temperature to speed up smoothing.
How long can I keep it compressed in the box?
Due to the compressed package and the nature of the foam and fabric, the longer it’s in the box, the longer it will take to regain its form & firmness, so we recommend that you should open your box shortly after it lands on your front doorstep!
How long will it take my couch to regain its firmness and sturdiness after I open it?
Your couch will regain its original form and sturdiness within 1-2 weeks after unpacking, but you can use it immediately as playing with it will help the foam regain its shape. Note: foam firmness is designed primarily with kids’ experience in mind.
How can I wash and clean it?
Our fabric supports machine washing. To preserve color, please wash on the coldest setting with only Kidirect pieces of the same color. You can spot clean with a moist cloth or soft brush. Also, You can use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and dirt.
Are there any rules for playing with the Kidirect play couch?
Safety is absolutely at the top of our priority list. Like many products for the little ones, they should not be used without adult supervision. If your kids are extra adventurous, we highly recommend sticking with setups that are low to the ground.

I cleaned up the cover and now it looks like new again.P.S. It takes time for the sofa to fully expand and fluff up after it arrives. Overall, we all love it.

I would say this is for children under 6. Great quality, but they are rather small. I’d say. I disagree that they slip around, we don’t find that. Material wipes clean nicely. Seems durable. Will update. Nice shade of grey. Very smooth. Firm. I did buy on sale. My oldest is 4 so they’re great for us. Did make a booth big enough for 2 toddlers and two adults to sit around so it’s not bad.

This is the perfect accessory for independent play time. We have used other brands in the past with an almost constant demand for assistance in building. Not with this kidirect couch. An added benefit is that they absorb sound well, so if your toddler knocks down the fort you worked so hard on, you can simply place your face on the cushion and scream at the world without scaring the kids. If you like to jump, wrestle, snuggle, cuddle, rough house, or play the floor is lava, this couch could be the magic ingredient that youâre looking for. The material and craftsmanship of the product is excellent. My kids smashed their yogurt covered faces on this brand new couch almost instantly after opening, it cleans right off. Definitely the worthful toy we purchased for the year, my son been building his own home with blanket and pillows, so we got this set for him, he for sure used his imaginations on these blocks, and build interesting “castle” with them, these couch use soft materials for outside and memory foam inside, safe for the kids to play, and our cat Love it too, she been hiding herself in these blocks, i also think these blocks will keep the toddlers busy and get the energy out of them, good for exercise
