For the price it works well and gets the job done. I felt a little dumb when I plugged it in and nothing was working. If you find yourself in this situation double check to make sure both the cup and lid are locked into place. I didnât turn the lid far enough to hear a click the first time. It took me a minute to figure out thatâs what the problem was. It could be common for them to not work without the lid being locked into place I just donât ever use these things. This was bought for my mom who needed it for thanksgiving. Overall we both were satisfied with the purchase and would reccomend this product
