Do not buy!!! Parent monitor won’t hold a charge. Following initial charging instructions. Been using for 3 or 4 days and it already wont hold a charge anymore. Its dying after 5 mins of use. It was also advertised that you can use it on your phone through Smart Nursery app.The app has not been updated since 2020 and is not compatible with newer phones. The app is very hard to find. I ended up installing 4 other baby monitor apps ( all with the same name and by the same company), none of them work with this monitor. When I was finally able to find the older app that works with this Audio only baby monitor, it’s so old and out of date that it’s not available on my phone. (Phone is only a yr old).The monitor itself works well, but it’s disappointing that it was advertised to work on your phone and that’s not possible anymore. Currently trying to find an older cell phone to install the app on..
Good monitor but lasted just over a year
This monitor is great if you are looking for a plug in type. The monitor stays plugged into the wall in babies room nicely tucked away. The parent unit works pretty good but the range isn’t as good as stated. Wifi part of the monitor is neat but mostly useless. The parent unit now beeps every hour or so at night which is very annoying and sadly we are just out of warranty so we will need to replace this. If the unit lasted longer I would highly recommend but due to it not out lasting the need for a monitor I would look else where for a less expensive more reliable baby monitor.

As a lot of other ppl have said itâs so old it wonât work on your phone. Impossible to find customer service and talk to a real person. I should read the reviews before purchasing.ITS GOING BACK!

Outdated app. Doesn’t work, save your money
I had to use an old tablet to even install the app. I have a huawai p20, not a new phone. One installed, I couldn’t get live audio, only notifications if there is noise. Talk back crashes the app.
Non wifi support
Wifi fonction dont work anymore with New Android/iOS phone..Rf usage work but not that good either
False advertising
Received the product and wanted it for the wifi capability. The app that is the main support for this product is so out of date you can’t even download it anymore. Giant waste of time and money
Decidimos cambiar el antiguo monitor por uno nuevo porque la interferencia era ya insoportable, compramos uno nuevo y era igual o peor. Lo regresamos. Nos decidimos por este monitor motorola y fue una grata sorpresa, no mete interferencia y tiene buen volumen. No lo he probado a mucha distancia, por lo que al respecto no puedo opinar, pero respecto a interferencia, lo recomiendo.
Just needed this so I could hear my baby while Iâm in the other room and it works just fine. I donât use the other features so I canât talk about them. But Iâm loving this so far. It does cut out every now and again for a couple seconds but you barely notice.Update: we are still using this product and still loving it. I just want to add I tried to use the wifi speaker and I could not connect it so thereâs that. We really donât need that feature, but wanted to update just in case someone wanted to buy these for that feature.

Current review:I give up. I have gotten a couple new monitors, thinking I got a bad one because one of them works! All of the new replacement monitors beep randomly all night long and wonât sink to my phone. I can deal with no iPhone but the beeping is too much to take.My previous review below:There is a huge issue with linking the monitors to the app(smart nursery).Just like other reviewers said Iâd get to the screen that said give it another 30-60 seconds and then continue. But you canât. I think the issue is that you have to have the parent unit powered off. Iâm not 100% sure if this is why it finally took but I think it is. I linked two monitors to the app, so was frustrated x2. After about an hour and a half I got them both linked.Now that they are linked itâs great. The nanny and grandmother have the app, so whoever is watching the baby and toddler, they can monitor both and no one has to have the parent receiver.A bit of work to update the firmware for the iPhone but hoping this solves the range issue others commented on.
