Excellent!!!!!
If I could go back and not buy any plastic 360 cups I would have and just bought 2 of these!!!!If you like the munchkin 360 cup or just want a good sippy cup in general , get this off Amazon, the metal 360 cup. I can’t find any metal one at any store, only plastic. This metal one is much better , healthier , the water /milk tastes better , and even comes with a cute lid.
Why does a grown man need a sippy cup?
Why does a grown man need a sippy cup? Grown may be underselling it – I’m well past my ‘best before date’ and yet here I am, the proud owner of a munchkin sippy cup – a product generally for children. And I’m enthusiastic about it. Well, to fully understand where this fine product has entered my life, I’ll have to tell you a little story. A story about a story. A meta-story, if you will. There’s this lovely young woman where I work who is also a bit… accident prone. I think within her first week or two of starting she managed to destroy the keyboard on her computer with an unfortunate spill of some tea. Since that day, she can be seen drinking her beverages from a bright green sippy cup, and she’s been spill free ever since. One day I cornered her in the office kitchen and began to tell her my story. “I had a weird dream last night.” I said, and her eyes widened. Not once in the history of ever has a conversation with a co-worker that starts with the phrase “I had a weird dream last night” ever turned out to be a good thing. “I had a neighbour who had a pet tarantula, everyone was trying to convince me that the tarantula was really quite lovely, and very friendly. They were urging me to go next door, and introduce myself to the tarantula. So there I am, standing in the doorway, and there’s this shiny black tarantula on the floor, roughly the size of a house cat.”My coworker’s eyes kept widening this whole time. I could tell she was frantically trying to work out why I was telling her this dream, smile frozen on her face. I continued, “The people told me to crouch down, and talk to the tarantula in a friendly way, say hi to it, and so on. So I obliged, bend down, began talking to the tarantula the way people talk to their cats and dogs, in that kind of high-pitched sing-song way. And that’s when the tarantula lunged at my face. That’s when I woke up, arms flailing, and I knocked over the water glass I keep by my bed, fruit juice going EVERYWHERE.”Her smile relaxed, and being a clever girl she immediately connected all of the dots and said, “Sippy cup! – its the Munchkin 360, you can get it at Amazon.” Exactly, I said. So, here it is. It will not spill, even when being vigorously shaken upside down. Yet it’s quite easy to sip from any edge on the cup. Being insulated it will keep the drink very cool for quite a while. I’d also say, a bonus is that dust and bugs are kept out of the drink. My only regret is that it is not larger. I think there’s an entire adult market for sippy cups that Munchkin is missing out on.
A little heavy
I didn’t want my son to use a plastic cup, so this is a great alternative. It is pretty heavy– which is most annoying when he throws it. It is leak resistant, but not leak proof. When he throws it, the impact tends to splash liquid. Fine if it is water, but a little annoying when there is milk inside it. If it is left on its side, the water will slowly come out and create a puddle on the floor. My son often drinks out of an open cup. But, if I don’t want to supervise him drinking, this is a good plastic free alternative. It is easy to wash and seems very durable.
Quality Product
Excellent product made with quality material which doesnât leak if knocked over.I purchased this cup for my husband who had major surgery to his neck and face that left him with a dropped mouth on his right side. This left him unable to drink from a cup without a straw. He loves having his coffee every morning but drinking hot coffee thru a straw was dangerous. A friend told us about Munchkin cups which her grandchildren use. We checked Amazon and found this metal bottom Munchkin cup. Not only can he enjoy his hot coffee but the sipping motion required is like physical therapy and is helping him improve his dropped mouth. I think this cup might be nice also helpful for people who may have partial paralysis with their mouth from surgery or other medical conditions. Munchkin also makes a water bottle which I may purchase.
Solid cup for toddlers
My 1 year old loves this cup and will chug water from it easily. It is easy to clean and does not lid if your secure the lid tightly. He has throw it from his high chair a few times and it doesnât seem to dent easily which is a major bonus as well.
Best cup for toddlers / preschoolers
We love this cup! It took my son a while to learn to use it properly. He got the hang of it around 2 years old (some kids can do it earlier). It doesn’t leak and you can buy replacement lids if you lose the outer lid. Keeps my son’s milk cold for school throughout the day. Doesn’t leak (sometimes a drop or two will leak out if the lunch bag is being shaken around like crazy, which happens).Highly recommend. Worth every penny. We own several so if one gets left behind at preschool, we have another one to use the next day.
Great product
The 360s are our family’s go-to cups. They are the least likely to spill and kids are drinking like from a cup rather than sipping through straws/nozzles. So much easier to clean than all those extra pieces! We use the lids so that we can keep them in our diaper bag without worry of any spills.
Lid was missing
I love munchkin products. Three stars for the product itself- I love steel for water bottles in the summer, bonus with the classic spill free spout. I took off two stars because no lid came with my bottle and the item came dirty with something sticky. Hoping to get a hold of the seller to see if they resolve the issue.
Does the job for our kiddo!
These are our favorite toddler cups! They don’t leak and since they are stainless steel they keep his drinks colder in the hot summer. I would highly recommend these cups for all toddlers! Plus there are super easy to assemble, the lid is 2 simple parts and easy to clean.
Produto muito bom. Meu filho ja tinha o nao termico dessa marca. Ele usa esse tipo de copo por orientação do dentista. Loja mandou bem embalado e telefonou para confirmar a cor.
This cup is excellent. I haven’t experienced any leaking or spilling with it. I tend to grab this for our days on the run where we will be out and about and it always keeps my toddlers drink nice and cold. I never have to worry about it spilling in our bags or car during the day. I also like that it comes with a top! I clean it by alternating between hand washing and using the top rack of the dishwasher. I recommend occasionally sticking a wire brush under the silicone lip part to make sure underneath is free of stagnate water or debris.
I really like this insulated 360 cup for my 2 year old. He wasnât a fan of 360s until recently, but this would be a great cup for younger toddlers as well. Since itâs stainless steel, it can get pretty heavy once itâs filled (especially with ice). I really wish they would put removable handles on the lid like some of Dr. Brownâs 360 cups.My son took this in the bathtub the other night, and even in warm water it stayed cold and chilled. The ice lasted a good 3 hours outside in 102° weather before melting! A little bit of condensation does form around the cup, so be sure to use coasters or place this on something thatâs not easily damaged by water (easier said than done w/toddlers, am I right?!)! It fits in the cup holders of his UppaBaby Minu stroller & Graco 4Ever car seat.Itâs pretty easy to keep clean, but I wish the top was silicone like Dr. Brownâs 360 cups (MUCH easier to rinse & keep clean). I usually wash this in the top rack of the dishwasher and it does great. itâs extremely durable and hasnât leaked so far. In the past, our other munchkin 360 cups havenât held up very well with teething, so Iâd be cautious using these if your little one is cutting any teeth.Highly recommend this! Hope this helps. ð
