Neat sound machine, but too bright
This is a neat sound machine with lots of fun features. Personally, I would buy a different one next time because there is a light on it that is unable to be turned off. I like to make my baby’s room as dark as possible, so it’s annoying that I have to throw a cloth over it so it doesn’t flood the room. If you don’t care about a bit of light, I would say go for it!
Not good product. Don’t do it!…Unless you have to.
I have gone through so many of these. I have one in each of my 3 bedrooms plus one in my dayhome nap room. They seem to break eventually and this makes buying this my 7th one( not to mention I have one more to eventually replace as the sound stopped working so that will be number 8) Even though the old models don’t seem to last long I do REALLY like that the older model has voice activated control. Works great when babies/toddlers start fussing and it turns on and they go back to sleep. This one doesn’t do that so that’s a bummer. Also, you can hear the projector going. It’s very annoying. They had it so quiet in the old model. I don’t understand how they can make a somewhat good product worse with this model. It also feels cheap. Super light plastic. The print on the buttons looks cheap too. Let’s see how long this one will last. I wouldn’t recommend it unless your like me and this is all your kids have known and love and you absolutely need to replace it so you can stick to routine and get some good sleep or some quiet time during nap time. 3 years ago I could buy this for 30 bucks. I have paid 50 in store and just paid 47 online. It sure is getting pricey to keep replacing it.
Not good
I have owen three of these. One gifted to me the projector was broken but the sound worked so we kept and used it for a couple years then out of nowhere it would randomly turn on in its own so we replaced it. New one worked fine the projector is still working three months later. But the third one had issues within 2 weeks the projector broke but the sound still works. Very annoying as this was the only reason I bought the third one as my other child wanted the projector for his room. There seems to be issues with this product you either get a great product or junk. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are better projector sound machines out there
Improved version
The one I bought for my son 8 years ago broke down and he wanted the exact one so I bought this. Itâs an improved version, with better lighting and sound. Easy control

I have 2 older version so I bought a third for my baby.. I love the Update! Colour changing, good sound choices, new ceiling display, and I always love the option for it to play continuously
I’ve only had this for a few months so I can’t say about the quality of the actual item. That being said after looking through some of the other reviews I did go ahead and buy it and I think that some of the reviews on this are for a different product as some picture show something completely different to what I received. There is a timer on this, but you can turn it off and have it play all night. My five year old gets up and turns it off in the morning (but sometimes she doesn’t and it’s still playing when I get up). So I know that it doesn’t shut off after 8 hours even though another review says it does. Trust me, I sleep way longer than 8 hours and so do my kids. The light that shifts through all the colors of the rainbow is so pretty. I really like that you can pause on any color. It has three different lullabies and three different sounds that you can choose from, however it will not cycle through them. It will play the same song or noise on repeat until you change it. I don’t really care for the projector as I feel it keeps my kids awake rather than helping them go to sleep, also it is pretty noisy. It was quiet at first but after having it for a couple of weeks it began to make more noise when the projector was running (it doesn’t make any sound except for the music when the projector is not on). Also the projector no longer turns like it’s supposed to so when we do turn it on it just has a picture that doesn’t move.I believe this helps my kids fall asleep and stay asleep which was the goal. If I end up having trouble with it in the future I will try to remember to come back and update this review but for now it is doing what I wanted it to do. The sound quality is great. Volume control is awesome, can be very quiet or very loud!

We orded for the 1st granddaughter but the 2nd grandson came last week and wouldnât you know it I had to order a new one because the sound broke. It did last 2 years. Did order the same 1 again . Thatâdisappointing but we already were experienced with this one. Since so many things at this price point can last for years youâd think the same for this too. Well, unfortunately that is not the case here. Iâm not sure if Iâd recommend it because I think there are just as good of options with same functionality but with some added benefits like better prices or guarantees or even Walmart has 3/4 mo return policy unfortunately this didnât. I think it is pricey but we settled for what we already knew.Wouldnât do it again!
