Soft and durable
These bibs are great. The fit is a lot better for my boy than the triangle shaped bibs. These are soft and absorbent. With other bibs Iâve had to change them more frequently but these are nice and thick and hold a lot of drool! Itâs a bonus they are nice colours and match with my kiddos outfits. They also donât shrink in the wash and are very durable.
Thin, but still absorbent…
This half-dozen set of bibs/bandanas has been a great addition to our existing collection. The colours are vibrant without being a gaudy eyesore, and each one is well sewn for the most part — save for a few loose threads during the manufacturing process.The adjustable neck size is also a welcomed feature for sure. Although, unlike our other sets, these particular snaps are plastic instead of metal. But I do appreciate that the snaps fasten very securely, and hold up better than any velcro ones we have used in the past.They do wash very well, but I wouldn’t recommend them for tumble drying if you want to get the most out of each one. Thankfully they air dry fairly quickly when hung indoors, so I imagine hanging them outdoors during the warmer months would take no time at all.I wouldn’t go as far to say that these are inexpensive, but I will say that you do get what you pay for. Six bibs is a fair quantity (especially given how large they are), and they still look as good as new after washing. I just wish that they were a bit thicker for comfort… and having a terry cloth backing would have made a huge difference. These are still a very worthwhile purchase, though, and I do recommend them.
Soft Fabric
Six bibs in lovely pastel colours made with soft muslin fabric. The bibs are sewn well and have have 2 adjustable sturdy snap closures.Iâve rated this product a 3 because they are a bit finicky to assemble to put onto the baby. The snaps are located on the corners of the bib, which means the parent or caregiver has to fold the bib in order to close the snaps. The folded cloth does make the bibs thicker to absorb more. I found that I had to adjust the inside of the folded cloth to make it smooth, so it didnât bunch up where the babyâs chin would be. See the pictures. I canât see that busy parents with a hungry child would find this appealing.One of the bibs had a tag cut off. See the picture. Other bibs didnât have tags. There was no washing instructions included.
