Volevo una camicia da notte estiva un poâ retrò tipo baby doll e ho preso questa senza grandi aspettative. à molto carina, tessuto elastico (cotone al 100% non direi) ma comunque gradevole al tatto! Ampia abbastanza. Sicuramente non è di altissima qualità ma per il prezzo può andare.
I was looking for a short nighty, made of 100% cotton, preferably sleeveless. Such a thing apparently does not exist on Amazon. So, I compromised on this.I don’t really love the addition of spandex to a cotton knit fabric. Cotton knit has plenty of stretch, and is softer than the cotton/spandex blend. But, it’s nearly impossible to find underwear or nighties in 100% cotton, any more. The fabric is a good weight – not too thin, as is often the case.I have serious “sensitivity” issues, related to fiber content, and this nightie is pretty comfortable.The sleeves on this are spacious – if you have larger arms, this will still probably not feel snug on you. I thought the sleeves would have elastic on the bottom edge, but they do not.The lace on the hemline is pretty.It seems to be well-made, with no stray threads, the elastic neckline is sewn down well.I machine wash and hang dry my clothes, and this nightie has held up well to that treatment.
This purchase was a pleasant surprise. It looks just like the photos, and is so soft and comfortable. Another reviewer mentioned that it wasnât made of cotton, but the nightgown I received is definitely cotton material, so Iâm not sure why that would be different. This nightgown is just as pretty as much more expensive gowns Iâve seen. Not sure yet how it will hold up to washing, but I plan to use the hand wash cycle to be on the safe side. Very pleased with my purchase.
