My mother informed me that I needed to buy him shoes to play outside in the water so onward to amazon I went. I came across these and purchased based on the reviews. Price is not too bad, either. He is a size 4 right now, but purchased a 5 because kids just grow so fast. Shipping was fast. When they arrived, coincidentally he was already outside playing in the garden at his water table so I slipped these on and he didnât stumble or fall to his butt to inspect them like he normally does when I put something on his feet. They are snug and seem to fit like a glove. He has wide, stubby block-like feet and I purchased a size 5 in white. Thereâs definitely room to grow into these. They are extremely light in regards to the weight of the shoes. And they kind of resemble a âcrocâ like shape, when I was expecting more of a vans slip on type of shape. Regardless, Iâm not upset, theyâre still very cute and functional. The grip on the bottom is great, too. I wouldnât expect him to slip while wearing these. Most likely will buy more as he grows and will probably buy more colors since theyâre pretty versatile.
I order these for my wide-footed two year old every spring. Native Jeffersons are too narrow for him but these fit perfectly. I always size up for him in Natives. He’s wearing a 6 toddler in most shoes but these I got in a size 7 and they’re great.In addition to being a great fit for him, I love Natives because they’re easy on, easy off, waterproof, indestructible, and cleanable – I wipe them down with a little soap and water and magic eraser and they look brand new (even the all white ones!), which I especially love because they’re the only kids shoe we buy that can get a ton of wear and still be saved to pass down to our younger children, so we absolutely get our money’s worth!

My baby has an average weight but slightly wide feet. Other shoes don’t offer many options for wide feet, but as soon as I saw the design of these shoes, I had a feeling they would fit my baby’s feet.My baby typically takes off socks because they just don’t like them.So, I always bring these shoes just in case my baby tosses the socks to the floor when we are outside.They are easy to take off and put on.
We have had this in every size for both my boys. Their favorite go to summer shoes, and they match everything. They do not give blisters like other brands unless they are the wrong size for the kid.
