Eyes pop out, but otherwise good light
I like the product: easy to dim/brighten, good battery time, etc..However, the eyes are not part of the silicone, more like buttons, so a choking hazard. My baby was playing with it and poked its eye out, so don’t let them play with it unsupervised.

I ordered this light to use in my 13 month old daughter’s bedroom and, so far, it has worked well for us.The light is super cute and is dimmable, wireless, and rechargeable. It came pre-charged with enough battery to last two full nights on the lowest setting, which is pretty impressive.One of the first things I noticed upon unboxing: a USB cable for charging is included but a charging block is NOT. If you have extras lying around this might not be a problem for you; in my case, though, I ended up using one from another device which is kind of a pain but not a deal breaker – eventually I will purchase an extra to use exclusively with this device so I don’t have to keep moving it back and forth.The top portion of the light (chick) is a soft platic material with the light and function controls hidden within; the bottom portion (shell) is firm and rounded at the base which allows the light to wobble without tipping. At first glance, I thought my daughter might be able to keep this light in bed with her (like a glow worm?) but I quickly realized that she could turn the light off, on, up, and down simply by holding onto or touching any part of the top so we keep it on the beside table instead. She likes to carry it around the house during the day though and, despite having dropped it several times, it has held up well so far and seems quite durable.This light would’ve been perfect for those early months of nighttime wakings, feedings, and diaper changes and would make a great baby shower gift but also works well for older babies/children who aren’t fond of the dark.Overall, we love this Chick night light and would definitely recommend it.*EDIT: Holding up really well, despite repeated abuse (rough handling) by exuberant toddler!

Seriously has been so helpful at bedtime. It dims just enough if the kids need a nightlight and is bright enough to read stories without the main room light on. Itâs a quick charge and works well- never has malfunctioned. The size of the light fits in the palm of my hand and can leave on a small table. Definitely worth its value. I bought two.
