Great central unit
Really nice to be able to see the temps around the house – inside, outside, garage, attic… only wish I could read it by wifi as well…
The 3 external sensors … fail … DONT BUY
I bought this 10 months ago. Within 4 months the first external sensor failed, then this week a second sensor just stopped working. I now have one left, and that wont work, so have to buy a different product.- Checked and changed batteries,- not located in actual in rain or snow- nothing to do with distance … doesnt work within 2 feet of base unit,… and yes, I rebooted system and re-established sensor connection… either does not work anymore, or fails after 30 seconds.DO NOT BUY … JUNK
Acheté neuf et 1 capteur sur 3 fonctionne pas

Belle article
2 sensors don’t work
I followed the instructions for setting it up. I only had batteries that have been sitting around for a while so when only one sensor came on I figured that’s what the problem was. I bought new batteries but they still don’t work. Any money I saved is now gone because of the hassle of going to town, going to the library to print the labels, getting a box from somewhere, and going to line up at the post office. I’m about ready to give up on Amazon. Between the huge carbon footprint, the harm to the local economy, and the crappy stuff they seem to be selling these days, it doesn’t seem worthwhile anymore.

Accurate, enough range for my 2 story house
I check accuracy of the set, I put the main unit and the 3 remote sensors next to each other along with another temperature/humidity display I have, and near my weather station. Temperatures were all within 0.6 degrees of each other, and humidity readings were no more than 2% different. This is important to me because what good is a digital display of temperature/humidity readings if they are significantly inconsistent/incorrect? However, they are all good, so I placed the display unit in my basement office and the remote units on the main floor, and at each end of the second floor — I am interested in seeing how different areas of the house compare in terms of temperatures as the air conditioning runs (summer) and the heat in the winter. We have a 50 year old house, so not the ultimate for air tightness, and the original owners put an addition on one end, including a bedroom on the second floor, and that is at the far end of the house from the funace/air conditioning — with that second floor bedroom being as far away from the furnace/ac as you can get in this house. I don’t want to be heating/cooling the whole house excessively simply based on the temperature in that bedroom, so the display unit with 3 remote sensors will allow me to see at a glance how temperatures around the house are comparing. I am pleased that the sensors work well and in various locations throughout the house (I had been worried that walls and floors might interrupt the signals, but I needn’t have been).
