This is an excellent compact humidifier. Easy to setup and install. The basin chamber for water is a good size. Unit operating mode is pretty quiet. You can hear it running depending on where you are in the room. Its not too noticeable and you can hear at times the water bubbling. Its recommended to use distilled or filtered water if tap water is hard to avoid white dust from forming. Its suggested to use on a water resistant mat or surface. It does come with a essential oil small bottle. The humidifier will show you the current humidity in the room its in. You can set it to a desired humidity level from 40 to 70%. It will starting point is 40 and it will show the increase of each level before returning to showing the current humidity level. It can also be to provide humidity for plants with settings of 40, 60, and 80%. When water levels are low the unit will buzzes for 4 seconds before shutting off after 20 seconds. Humidifier has a sleep mode option. It will not alarm in sleep mode.
Packaging was solid. Looks nice in LR. Must use your own essential oils, which is fine because everyone’s preference is different. I mixed clove and cinnamon. Smells delicious and like the holiday season! In addition, you can program it to turn on or off the fragrance. Will not mist while fragrance is on. Which is a good thing because as you probably already know doesn’t take much essential oil for the fragrance effect. I have another humidifier and the mist is constant while the machine is on. This one however only mists when the humidity level is below where you set it. Took me a while to figure that out, rolling my eyes here. It is one piece, opposed to having a bucket to pull out and fill. Odd thing is the carrying handle is inside, so you cannot carry with the lid on. That’s minor, cause its not heavy. Overall doing its job and keeping the humidity level around 50% in my living room. ASHRA recommends 45% to 55%. I highly recommend this humidifier.
So far, this humidifier has been great -stylish and silent-just what any place needs. The cool mist lasts for hours without frequent refilling, and with the aromatherapy option, it creates a soothing atmosphere. I have used both lavender and eucalyptus essential oils in the small container provided for oil, and both worked just fine, diffusing a nice fragrance. I use this humidifier at bedtime and noticed my skin’s hydration has really improved, especially during winter when it is dry. The remote control makes it so convenient; I don’t need to get up to operate it. I can tell that this humidifier would probably become a regular part of my appliance usage, especially in winter when heating dries out the air, and for aromatherapy.
Super easy to clean, super easy to fill, a bunch of options and settings, plus a built in light(inside the reservoir) so you can see it good at night, or you can turn the display lights off if it bothers you.Beyond quiet, they werenât kidding at all when they said whisper quiet, I think whispering is louder.No filter, which I prefer, because filters get expensive, and they get super moldy.Timer for 2, 4, 8 hours. Can adjust humidity levels and fan speed. Overall great functioning unit.
This humidifier works great and is reasonably priced. I bought this because the warm air from my heating system was creating lots of dryness around my catâs nose. After 24 hours of using this in the bedroom, my fur babies nose was greatly improved. I shouldâve purchased the extended warranty even though this was a super price. Most electronics like this have 1-3 years before it breaks. Buying the warranty insures I would get a new unit if this one stops functioning correctly. Thanks Amazon! Another happy Customer,
