Pain relief and better sleep!
My husband bought me this pillow and it has been a life savor at 7 months pregnant. I have been dealing with pelvic girdle pain since I was 4 months and I’ve tried the larger E shaped pregnancy pillow and just using bed pillows but one was either to bulky or kept moving and made it hard to get in and out of bed with little support for the pain. This pillow however has been amazing so far, it supports my back and baby belly, doesn’t move when I shift at night and is easy to get in and out of bed. Its comfy with a firmness to give great support and when I get out of bed to walk it doesn’t hurt to move because for once I was properly supported laying down. Also comes with a little peanut for extra back support if you like it, it adjusts to your growing belly, depending on just how close to want the pillows together and doesn’t freaking move so no late night adjustment. Easy to turn over with as it keeps supporting your back when you turn which with a growing belly is vary important. Over all would recommend highly to any mama who is having trouble sleep in their third trimester or just deals with a lot of back and pelvic pain.
Would recommend
I’m happy I purchased this instead of one of those big pregnancy body pillows. Doesn’t take up a ton of space in the bed and easy to clean if need be. I’ve slept with it every night and I’m currently almost 34 weeks pregnant and I find it comfortable. The only issue I could say is that sometimes the rough part of the velcro is exposed and irritates my skin during the night because my shirt rides up. I just pull my shirt back down so no problem but if you’re someone who sleeps without a shirt it might be more annoying.
Loving this pregnancy pillow
I have had this pillow for two nights and itâs been wonderful. Takes so much pressure off my body when Iâm lying on my side sleeping. It supports the baby bump really well. Not too hard or soft. I definitely recommend.
Very supportive and helps with a good nice sleep
This pillow has been a life saver during pregnancy. Itâs not too big so itâs portable, I was able to bring it with me on my baby moon and has been really great and supporting my belly and back during this pregnancy
Hit or miss
I could not decide if I liked this pillow hahaThe first couple nights I slept like a dream. And then after that I hated it. Maybe better for early pregnancy? I ended up donating it in my third trimester since I wasnât using it at all.I found the fabric a bit scratchy so I put the whole thing in a large pillowcase which helped.
Feels suffocating
I bought this pillow for my pregnant wife. This pillow has made her nights sleepless. The pillow material seems not breathable and will make you feel suffocating.

This pillow has been game changing for me at 25 weeks pregnant. I have had a lot of pain while sleeping on both my side and back. I constantly roll onto my back and this pillow helps ensure I stay supported when I do. I have been having far less pain and feel really secure and comfortable.Way less bulky than the typical bit L shaped maternity pillows so it fits better in my bed also!

This is my second pregnancy and I have tried 4 different pillows during my first. This pillow is amazing!!!! It gives the right amount of support for your tummy and back without getting uncomfortable. I also use it under my knees when laying on my back to help eliminate low back pain. Look no farther this one is a winner!

Up until about 26 weeks I was using a more traditional U shaped pillow. But I was having bigger challenges getting comfortable, dealing with leg cramps, and sleeping more than 30-60 mins at a time, etc, as my baby got bigger. Iâm now 30 weeks and this pillow has changed my sleep in the best way possible. The pillows on both sides fluffed up to the perfect height to keep me from rolling and provide the appropriate support comfortably. I can lean back a bit on the back support if needed and it keeps me from laying flat on my back but still takes some pressure from my hips. Highly recommend this style pillow for all expecting mammas!

I initially tried one of the big U shaped pillows and just couldn’t get on with it, but without I felt my bump wasn’t getting supported and I was worrying about rolling on my back during my sleep. I’ve had this smaller pillow for a couple of weeks and it’s made a huge difference! I like that you can add or remove padding too as needed. But it helps support the bump and stops me from fully lying on my back if I do turn. Great too with the backache as I can prop the hot water bottle against one side and it rests it against my back without me lying on it. Very much recommend.
