Fits Perfect!
Omg! I LOVE this dress! The material is nice..its got some stretch so it fits nice on the top and the bottom is flowy..soooo comfy! . Love the criss cross on the bust, its very flattering. The pattern and colors are beautiful. Very vibrant and the length is perfect if you dont want anything too short or too long!I am 5’4″ and weigh about 140lbs. I ordered a small and it fits like a glove! Im also small to average chested. So i cannot speak for anyone larger chested, but i would still give it a try!
Covered knees of 5’10” woman
I am 5’10” and wear a size 14. The size L fit perfectly. I was really happy with the length- it went halfway down my knees- a really flattering and modest length (most dresses are too short for me to feel comfortable sitting in).It is not clingy but the fabric won’t conceal your shape or curves either. You can see my love handles clearly which I’m not crazy about but overall it is flattering – especially in the bust. The neckline falls at the perfect point – it shows a bit of cleavage but isn’t too low-cut.The fabric is thin- I was concerned about it being sheer in the light but that isn’t really the case. I like that it is thin because it will be lightweight and compact when traveling. The material (in black at least), doesn’t look cheap. There is no shine- it just looks like a cotton dress (it is 65% cotton and 35% polyester). It does wrinkle a bit but not so much that it’s a problem.I don’t expect this dress to last a long time- this type of fabric will pill but by washing it in cold water, you can probably get a season or two of regular wear out of it before it starts to look shabby. For the price, I would call that a win.I am picky with clothing and I liked this dress enough that I bought a second one, because it is so comfortable, flattering and versatile.
Great fit, comfy and cozy.
For reference, I am 5â7â and 201lbs. Normally I can wear a XXL at Le Cheateau in dresses or an XL in Old Navy dresses.Quality wise, right out of the bag I was disappointed, it felt like one those slinky/jersey materials from Sirens or Urban Plant which they sell for like $10 lol. But I quickly realized it is a little thicker and seems to be more breathable, the hems/cuts of the dress is also very flattering and the crossed over design in the chest area is divine. The length of the dress is super nice for me, usually itâs hard for me to find fit and flare dresses that cover my butt all the way lol or that at least doesnât make me feel like itâs gonna go up at any second but this dress comes down to just an inch or so past my knee. The only thing I wish was that it was a little thicker or had an additional piece of fabric sown into the bottom portion as it can be a tiny bit see through, esp if the light catches, but I usually wear shorts under my dresses so itâs not that big of an issue for me.I am defs going to be purchasing more dresses from this seller.
Nice flattering dress style but BEWARE OF SHEERNESS!
I do really like the style of this dress HOWEVER, two cautions:1. It is very sheer in the light. You could see right through the fabric in places.2. I have a similar dress that is better quality cotton stretch and less money than this nearly $50 (with tax) dress.3. It isnât nearly as formal as I expected.The ONE THING it does have going for it is the fit and style. It would be a great picnic, casual outing or spring/summer date dress WITH proper nude colour undergarments.
Different colours fit differently
I originally bought the coffee rose colour because it looked more grey than orange to me, but the product that arrived was very orange with hints of grey. The cap sleeves were too tight, and it was overall just a bit too tight for my comfort. I exchanged it for the navy blue half sleeve version, which was much better. The material was far more stretchy, the sleeves more flattering for me, the colour is a true navy blue, and the fit is so flattering. I am 6 feet tall and 200 lbs, the XL fits great, it just brushes the middle of my kneecaps.Love this dress. I think I’ll order it in more colours, but I’ll avoid the cap sleeves.
Fabric see through
The dress caught my eye mant times. Bought my regular size. I could see my bra colour through the fabric. Even when an undershirt was underneath I could see the shirt colour too. So sad the print is pretty. But I can’t wear this. I’ll feel naked. Was snug on the belly too
Great dress
I was worried the bottom would be see through but it isnât at all. It is very soft and comfortable. True to size if you are in Canada. I got the xl I am 5â0 and 174 lbs dress comes past my knees about mid calf because I am short pretty standard for me.
Pretty dress
This a very pretty dress that fits true to size. I’m 5’5″, 155lbs and ordered a Large. It feels ample so might have able to get away with a Medium. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the side zipper was broken right out of the package. I managed to unzip and zip again and it ‘seemed’ to magically repair itself. But it’s very stretchy and doesn’t really need that zipper. Would rather not but may need to return it.
This is such a great piece for the price. Sizing was great pre-pregnancy, and even worked while I was pregnant. Perfect stretch for either. Washed well, wore well. Not see through, but light weight and breathable. Perfect to dress up or dress down.
Me gustó, calza muy bien la medida, pedà talla S y fue perfecta, mido 1.59 y peso 60 kg. Puede que tengas que usar un top porque queda el escote bajo, pero lucirá como parte del vestido.
Got mine in an 2XL because I am larger in the busy area. It fits like a dream! Hands down one of the best affordable dresses I have purchased.
The plaid looked so cool in the pictures, but made me look VERY pregnant. Watch out for the stripes. Otherwise the dress was great. Comfy and well fitting.
Love this dress I bought 2 more after this one. So cute Iâm tall and it fits wonderfully. Also very flattering if you have a larger chest area but also a larger waist.
