Toddler loves it!
This item works great for my 19 month old. He loves using it to play. This table can function in so many ways. We have used it for sand, snow and water play. He also likes to use the table with the top for a place to eat his snacks. It was quick and easy to assemble. The only downside to the table was how easily the legs detached which became a focus for my son. I glued the legs on to avoid tripping over the leg pieces.
Best for sensory bin play!
My toddler eats every meal at this cute little table. I love that it is multi purpose, with all his sensory bin needs met as well.
Nice little playable
Very happy with the purchase, it is a small table but works for our balcony play. A lid matching duplicate Lego blocks is a nice addition. Donât expect the containers to stay in place though, they are pretty flimsy.
Read dimensions first!
Even though I read the dimensions, this table was still smaller than I expected. It is very easy to put together and quality is okay. I found the legs a bit crooked. I like that there are 4 extra bins that hang on the side to put her toys in and that there is a smooth table top for snack time or drawing. Unfortunately, the Lego/building block side is unusable unless you purchase their specific blocks. Additionally, though the height of the table can be adjusted, I still find it a bit short (I.e. not great for tall toddlers). Overall, itâs an okay sensory table size for a 1-2 year old.
Check the size before purchase. Small but mighty!
So I should have read the dimensions more closely before ordering, because as soon as I saw the box I realized how small this table was (see the picture with the bananas for scale..it’s all I had on hand nearby lol). That said, it is a well made little table, and would be great for an apartment balcony, or small deck. We kept ours and find it’s nice because we can tuck it under our larger table when not in use.The storage compartment is handy because you can store your building blocks under the lid when not in use. It holds a decent amount of blocks for the size of table. The little side compartments snap on and off easily so you can choose whether you want to use them or not. They would be a great size for some markers/crayons, but my kids use them for snacks…you need fuel when you’re creating afterall! It takes probably 30 seconds to assemble. Just push the legs on and you’re done. It does seem sturdy enough for such a lightweight table, thought I wouldn’t have an adult sit on it or anything. The inner part doesn’t have any drainage, so note that if you plan to use it with water, you’ll have to manually dump it out, and if you plan to store bricks/toys outside it would need to be protected in some way from water entering it.Overall it’s a great little table for our kids, and even though originally I thought it would be larger, I actually like the smaller size because we can easily tuck it away when not in use. Given how easy it is to disassemble you could even through it in a deckbox when not in use.Good to know:-Be realistic about the size and check before purchase-If you’re using it outdoors you may need to drill a hole in the storage area for water drainage as it is not a waterproof storage area-It is the large Duplo sized building blocks and not the smaller Lego sized blocks for this table-Base plates are non-removable-Lid flips so you can use it to draw/have snacks on
Parts Missing
There were missing parts to complete this and the legs were not sturdy. Not because of weight, but the quality
A Versatile Table for Toddler Fun
This little activity table is a hit at our house. My kid was even able to help me put it together – it’s that easy.It serves so many purposes! It’s a table for Duplo-sized blocks and for coloring. It’s a spot for snacks. It’s even a water table! Plus, there’s storage space under the lid and in the side bins, although be careful, the bins are a bit fragile. My favorite feature is the lid. One side holds the blocks, the other side is flat, perfect for drawing or eating. The table is also lightweight and easy to carry around.I think it’s a great buy. It’s sturdy, and my toddler loves it. We’ve used it for water play in the summer, as a sensory table with kinetic sand, even filled it with bubble liquid for big bubble wand fun. Before ordering, there are a few details about the table that you should check. It’s on the smaller side, and it doesn’t fold up. You’ll need to manually empty out the water as there’s no drain. And, it’s really only for Duplo blocks, not the smaller Legos. But, for kids aged 1-4, this is a versatile table that’s loads of fun.
Generous Interior Volume; Easy To Pack Away
I like that the reversible table top has a side that fits Duplo blocks; I found the side bins to be useful for our kids to sort though blocks and pieces. I love the generous interior volume as it lets us to use this as an outdoor water table in the summer. As for the construction, I found this table to be acceptably rigid for a temporary table; I had no trouble with the assembly and it was very easy to pack away. The legs have a lightweight hollowed out design and I recommend bringing the table inside if it gets too windy outside.Overall, I find this table is good for two kids to play at; For us, we have the table with the leg extensions on. I did not see any physical damage to the table nor the legs pieces.
Weâve had this table for a year now and it has held up fine. We love it!âconsâ but easily fixed:-the compartment hooks are a little flimsy, but do the job. The kids havenât snapped them off yet. We just avoid putting heavy things in them-The flat table side is not smooth, it has (what I think is)mold indents from the making process and little designs that would show up if coloring on a sheet of paper w crayon. See photo. We tape a cheap cutting board to it for drawing and other activities that are best on smooth surface like play doh.-the legs came loose only recently but it was fixed by adding a layer of tape for a more snug fit. Also probably due to my son standing on it and wiggling the heck out of it haha-I would have loved color options because well white table and kids? It will stain a little. Weâve been able to wipe markers off with baby wipes during activities and when theyâre finished playing, rubbing alcohol works well. I just donât know if alcohol will strip the blue on the legs. We havenât had to deep clean those parts. Now if you read the specs youâd know this table is quite small but itâs perfect for my 4 and 1 yo. The 3 heights are perfect for sitting and standing play. Even caters to whatever chair they want to use. Itâs light enough for them to move or flip the top without it crushing fingers. My son even built it himself so itâs also easily broken down to store away to make space. The block side is compatible with mega blocks brand and Picasso magnet tiles fit in the spaces. We even use the table and compartments for sorting and building regular legos on the flat side. Might have to buy a second one when the 1yo is ready for more activities
My wife bought this for our son to do messy play in it. It has been great in allowing us to create dynamic, easy to clean messy trays for him. It is perfect for him to safely play with, since there are no sharp edges. It can be adjusted to create different levels, allowing for different play experiences. It is easy to clean. My wife has used food colouring and it has not stained the material. It also doubles up as a handy table. And the table top can come off – our cats have been enjoying using it too! It is a very robust product too; sturdy so will last a long time.
This product is little and doesnât look super sturdy. But let me just tell you- it holds up. My 18 months old is rough with it. Plays with it everyday. He loves it. It holds up to him. My three and six year-old also love it. Obviously itâs a little small for the six-year-old. They donât mind. My favorite part is itâs easy to move around the house.
Nice strong little table and handy add on sections. Complete with lid itâs great value
