Cute and portable novelty packaging, but no refills for sale and the sheets are tiny for the price
The thing I appreciate most about this is that it’s literally 4 ingredients: water, aloe extract, glycerin, and benzethonium chloride. I had to look up the last ingredient – apparently it has disinfecting/antibacterial properties.I got this mainly for my autistic son to wipe down his smelly underarms between showers as he is reaching puberty. I tested them on myself first as he has eczema and also has sensory issues. Unfortunately, with its cleansing properties, benzethonium chloride can sting sensitive skin. I had shaved my underarms the day prior to using these for a quick wipe-down, and there was a subtle, but noticeable, stinging sensation. It passed quickly enough (and I am used to using much more potent skincare products), but this is something to keep in mind if your child is sensitive to tingling/stinging skincare products.There is a very subtle scent to the wipes, but nothing that triggered my sensitive nose. (I often get headaches from strong fragrances.)The container is cute, but finding the centre of the roll and threading the tiny and thin corner of the central sheet through the little hole in the hard plastic was finicky. The sheets are TINY. I tried to use one wipe for both underarms and wound up needing a second for a thorough clean.I wouldn’t use these for more than wiping slightly dirty hands or maybe a sweaty face.33 cents per tiny sheet seems expensive when most mini packs (ex. 10 sheets per pack) baby wipes or wet wipes cost around 20 cents per wipe (for a much larger sheet). If refills were available in bulk at a cheaper cost, I may reconsider buying more…but as a one-off item that only contains 30 little wipes, I don’t think I’d buy them again.
Didn’t Irritate My Skin but Not the Best Value for the Money
My skin is easily irritated, but using these wipes didn’t cause any such issues. They worked well for quickly freshening up after a commute to work.The ingredient list is simple and it lacks any fragrance-type ingredients. There is still a very slight natural scent from the functional ingredients, but it didn’t bother me at all as someone who cannot stand most fragrances. I.e., this should be safe for anyone who has issues with fragrances since none were added to create a scent or neutralize the natural odours.As for the can itself, it’s compact so it’ll stow well. Unfortunately, I found that the wipes snag a lot and don’t come out smoothly.At $10 for 30 wipes, it’s rather expensive for the amount you get compared to other similar products available on Amazon. It’s nice that I found another product that won’t irritate my skin, but I’ll probably keep looking around for more reasonably priced options.
Cute design, makes fun for kids to keep clean
I got this for my daughter to bring to school to use. She doesn’t have much time for lunch and by the time she goes washes her hands and have lunch, lunchtime is over in 10 minutes. This polished punk wet wipes is a smart way to attract the kids in wanting to use it. The small can is great to hang on their backpacks and small enough to fit on the side pockets or coat pockets. It’s really convenient and the wipes is just right for their little hands. Made with 99% water, plant base ingredients and decomposable. I like to reuse the can after the wipes are finished and you can refill it with your favorite wipes after!
Smaller than expected. Hard to use the dispenser. Pricy compared to others, but otherwise good.
I had a hard time even getting the can open at first and needed help.The smell good, which I appreciate.They were fairly strong, didn’t tear apart when i used them to scrub something on the floor.They had the right amount moist, not to dry/wet.Considering the size of the tin, which was way smaller than I expected, the size of the wipe was acceptable. Great to keep in your purse or car.One thing I didn’t like was getting them through the little dispenser as each time I pulled one out, one would not follow each time.Otherwise it is good, but pricy for what you get so it is almost better to just get wet wipes.
love the container and idea but wipes are thin
I really loved the idea of the small can( fits in your hand) with the pop top style opening. The graphics are fun and appealing to kids. I love that it can be attached to a backpack, diaper bag, purse , carry on etc.the top of the container can opt off and inside you will find a roll of wipes. You need to find the last wipe in the middle to pull up and push through the small opening. If you donât take the middle wipe you wonât be a pile to pull it out. Then place the entire lid back on. Open the pop can opening and pull a wipe out. The scent is very light hardly any and itâs a fresh smell. I got no reaction from the wipe and I have super sensitive skin.The wipe is about the size of your palm and is very thin, I found it hard to really clean a large area with out it rolling up or tearing . I would have liked a bit stronger wipe but these would do for quick small clean ups.
no alcohol
these are super great for kids since thereâs no alcohol they are totally kid safe.be at ease and have comfort knowing the kids wonât drink it like they have, what with that liquid hand sanitizer phenomenon that occurred ð¤ some peopleâs kids eh!water based so no evaporation like the alcohol ones doi really like the lid action, super funsmall so can go almost anywhere, car, bag, jacket, emergency kit, gym bag, purse, etc.
Super cute packaging + convenient to carry around
These wipes come in a small, cute can-shaped dispenser thatâs convenient to pop into a bag to take with you. Itâs a bit fiddly to get the wipes out, and they are quite small and thin. This being said, they have a nice clean, fresh smell and theyâre fine for a quick wipe of hands and face. Theyâre formulated for sensitive skin, and we found them to be soothing, with no irritation. It would be great if refills were available so that the can could be re-used, but this doesnât seem to be the case, so itâs pretty wasteful for the number of wipes that you get. These are $9.99 for one can of 30 wipes at the time of this review, so this is extremely expensive, so even though the product is pretty good, the cost makes this product a non-starter for me.
