The chart is good my kids and wife like it alot ..On the downside it was missing some magnets (2 stars not in package) if not for that i might of bought another one as have 2 kids to potty train.**Customer service is great and was sent replacement magnets.. ** upgrade stars from 3 to 5..thankyou

Edit to original review:After speaking with the customer service representative Lily I was able to have a very positive interaction and a suitable resolution to my issue. Would definitely recommend this seller 10/10 customer service. Lily went above and beyond to make me happy and as such I would buy from this seller again.Very disappointed, the product itself is a cute idea and would be wonderful had it not arrived damaged and warped. There is contact damage on the back of the board which causes it to be warped rendering the item difficult to use. Some of the magnets also came warped or damaged. There was no damage to the outer packaging which seems to indicate that the item was placed in the packaging already damaged. I do not recommend this item
Super cute & worked incredibly!
Our reluctant 4 year old had no interest at all in getting potty trained until we got this chart (and a kids urinal)! Since he is a VERY busy kid, he would always miss his queue when he had to go and would end up having an accident which made him discouraged to even try getting potty trained. I bought this chart and a kids urinal, and he was trained in less than TWO DAYS!! 𤯠We hung the urinal with a command hook and hung the chart close by and he was actually excited to go to the potty because he could see his progress! This was a serious game changer for us!!! I highly recommend this to all the parents of reluctant boys!
Disappointed
Upgraded to 3 star. The seller sent me a replacement and it was much better quality.1 star – I am disappointed because the board came warped and so did half the magnets. They won’t stay on because they don’t sit flat. This purchase is not usable.
Adorable
Absolutely love this. It was a huge help with potty training my 3 year old who had been disinterested and scared previously. She loves the crown and getting to place a Dino each time she went. I especially loved that she got a reward for asking to go and sitting on the potty bc it got her going when she had the urge even if nothing came right then.
