Works well
The cuff works fine and although the stethoscope is pretty cheap, i was still able to clearly hear with it while taking blood pressures. The one down side with the stethoscope is that it picks up any movement from your fingers on the other end so any movement of the bell will cause noise to come thru the ear pieces which can make things harder to interpret. If your able to keep your hand steady and your person from moving, you can hear quite well with it considering it’s a very cheap model. It does hurt the ears a bit but i expected that. I was a paramedic years ago and feel i can give this a decent review. If you’re looking for a manual BP cuff, this will do the trick
Buy for the cuff and sphygmomanometer, not for the stethoscope.

Amz, please fix this.Donât buy this for the stethoscope.Do buy this for the cuff!The stethoscope is complete trash, I compared it to my high end one and I can see why it doesnât work. The diaphragm doesnât have an adjacent opening like professional ones do, so sound cannot travel properly. Also the packaging of it could easily cause damage to a diaphragm; Just a ziplock bag⦠since itâs not broken then I think the diaphragm is too stiff to vibrate properly. Iâm giving it to my niece as a toy as Iâm sure she wonât hurt her ears with this. Im also partially deaf⦠but I can clearly hear heart beats with my quality stethoscope purchased from another amz supplier.I will say⦠the cuff and sphygmomanometer read beautifully! The release valve is a little sticky, but not worse than better ones Iâve used. The bladder pump is a bit tough of material, thicker than most⦠that could be improved, but otherwise for $20 this is an excellent purchase of a cuff and sphygmomanometer! I was able to read my partners blood pressure accurately with this and my own stethoscope.
Great quality cuff, stethoscope is toy like
Bought this for the blood pressure cuff, which I was impressed with the quality of for the price. The stethoscope is toy like and small, not usable for taking blood pressure. Overall happy with the purchase as I have my own stethoscope already.
Canât hear well in stethoscope
BP cuff is good for the price but sounds in stethoscope arenât clear at all.
Good as long as you can read analog
As a nurse, I have no problem reading an analog bp, however, some may find the digital that does the reading for you, a lot easier. I just dont like how picky the electronic ones can be. I prefer the manual ones, and this one is a good qualty one.
Buy worth it
Still using it has been like two years now working fine no problem. We are happy.
Broken
I didn’t bother with the stethoscope except that it is indeed cheap. I had hopes for the cuff as this is why I purchased it for and given reviews I expected more. It came broken, the ticker wouldn’t even move with inflation the minute I took it out and even after trying to adjust it multiple times with the key nothing.. the cuff does not deflate with ease I physical have to push it down to get all the air out. I am returning this item and will be looking for a complete different brand.
Bought as a child’s gift
For a child that likes to play pretend, this was great for playing doctor. Allowing them to hear a real heartbeat and also pretend to take blood pressure worked great. I’m not sure that this would be good for actual blood pressure monitoring but it worked great as a kids toy.
No issues with function
Great starter set well made and great price
I got this because I’ve been having health problems and wasn’t able to drive to my doctor’s appointments. I needed to take my blood pressure daily and tell them on my appointments over the phone but those digital ones are not reliable and the readings were always different. I went to medical school for two years and was a nurse’s assistant for 6 years so the manual cuffs were always my favorite. I was really hoping this one would be reliable and it was! It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The stethoscope seems flimsy but it works. After you take everything out of the bag it’s hard to put it back in but you really don’t want to keep putting it back in the bag if you’re using it all the time. The blood pressure cuff is easy to use and regulate. It comes with a key so you can fix it if it goes off track. It’s a pretty good kit if you’re looking for one on the cheaper side that is reliable. Would definitely recommend.
The old analog concept of blood pressure measurement is great, descent setup for single hand use.
