My wife needed a replacement tube for her pump, and this one works perfectly. It provides a solid connection and strong suction, just like the original. It’s easy to clean and offers great value for the price. Just be sure to check your pump’s compatibility before ordering.
Work well so far – connected right into the pump
This is an exact oem replacement for the tubing for a Medela MaxFlow pump, and only the MaxFlow pump. For whatever reason, Medela has made one end a triangle shaped connector for the MaxFlow pump which prevents this from being used in other Medela models. The exact component number this replaces is 101040559.
The tubing is of good quality and the connectors are solid. I hack these for use in other pumps by cutting the connector ends off, then I plug one side of my portable Sepctra, I connect them to my cup adapters and Im off. It does compromise the suction a bit, but like the seller states- these are not intended to be used with other systems. But you gotta do what you gotta to to get those pumps per day in! It’s a wonderful alternative to more expensive name brands. I’ll be purchasing one when the time comes!
This works just like the original tubing. Good suction. Good replacement if you happen to damage the original. Pay very close attention to what this is compatible with – only Medela Maxflow, not Swing or any of the others.
