I adore this design. It came smaller than expected, definitely shorter than 10 inches vertically, but the quality is lovely. Very adorable chicken indeed.

I wanted a smaller stuffed hen or rooster for display in the house. The colors on this rooster are gorgeous. I mostly like the fact that he can just easily sit anywhere you want. The tail is high quality and helps the rooster to sit straight up, so no worries about leaning over. Softness all over but the yellow feathers do shed a bit at first. The only thing I would change about this rooster is some added weight in the bottom since it’s a very lightweight stuffie.

Liked the rooster, thought it was a bit pricey for the size, but grandson loves chooks so it was worth it.
Demasiado pequeño
I LOVE Little Riley, the Rooster! He likes to perch on the shelf by the front door, so his sweet face is the last thing I see when I leave the house and the first thing I see when I return home… he lifts my heart every time I look at him! I love to carry around my real chickens in the crook of my arm when I’m outside in the yard, but Riley gets his fair share of rides INSIDE the house. He is THE cutest little guy! He always sits patiently with me during the long hours I spend hours on my computer and never-ever complains. Just the sight of him makes me HAPPY! His petite size just makes you want to pick him up and pet him⦠He is such a joy⦠I can’t look at him without smiling! I think one of the features that makes him so adorable is the brilliant red fabric of his comb and face, the rich red color almost seems to glow… it’s a perfect accent to all his other charming qualities! And heâs sooooo SOFT! Being “advanced in years” as I am… it’s nice to not have to feed him or clean up after him! He’s sitting in my lap right now, with his feet propped up (as usual), watching intently (as always) while I type away. 🙂 We’ve been together over a year now… and I gotta say that Riley is holding up better than I am! I am a dental hygienist, (or was, until just recently), and I used to take Riley to work with me… he was a very comforting “distraction” for my anxious patients to “cuddle” during difficult procedures. Riley and I worked well together and we made a good team… but we are now both VERY happily retired! 🙂 To those of you that are interested, but still “on the fence” about purchasing this perky “poulet”… I highly recommend this charming cockerel! Riley would be a delightful gift for “any-animal-lover-any-where”!) P.S.: Riley says “Hi!”
