So I am like most amateur tennis player a tennis elbow issue, I know you have to stop playing blah blah blah…I try this spray and it really help to heal my acute tennis elbow, seriously, I still got small pain but still able to play 2h per day.It really has that hot/cold sensation, the way the product works is to dilate the skin pore so one can feel heat or cold feeling, this in return increase blood flow to repair the tendon, this is what happen when you apply ice.I can only speak for myself about my own experience using this spray.So is this clear that I like the product 😎
Not effective since it does not have anti-inflammatory ingredients
OK for a menthol gel, but it doesn’t do much in the long run. I was looking for something that did not produce heat because that can worsen inflammation. The creams with an anti-inflammatory are much more effective and there is a Rub A535 muscle and joint cream like this that does not produce heat.
