Size 3-6 month fit my 4 month perfect. It might run a bit small but not a lot. Fabric is nice and soft. The bonnet fit but looked a little small (but my babe has a bigger head 80th%)

This is a very cute and well made dress overall. Very nice fabric. However, the elastic band on the arm was a bit tight for my daughter and left a mark so had to return.
