I got this as a gift for my brother, but the baby has no neck or head support and ther is no option to lower the upper part, donât get it, itâs beautiful and everything is a 10 expect for the most important thing, not worth it

This swing is so cute and soft!! I don’t really understand the reviews that are saying it’s not a swing? This is a swing…the images say this is a swing and the images show how it swings which is exactly what it does. If you want a side to side swing this is perfect! The other swings that go up and down and side to side are sooo expensive but they are all in fact swings…..Highly recommend!!
Garbage
This is not a swing, it is more of a swivel chair. Mine broke the first time I used it. It bashed from side to side. I called the company as it is not reimbursable and if I perform a long list of things (cutting up chair taking photos, video capture of defect etc) theyâll send me a new one. I asked to get something of the same value that is different to no avail. The choice of music is garbage. Iâm extremely disappointed.

Save your money
Get something else. I got this “swing” after reading reviews online stating this was one of the best swings i could get in 2022. However. This isnt true. After paying almost $300 , i was very disapointed. The chair is so straight, even strapped in the babies head keeps fallin to the side. No way any baby under 4 months could possibly sit comfortably in there and by that time you wouldnt need swing anymore anyways. Save your money and look for something else
