Do NOT order Open Box – Stroller is great, but open box is frustrating
Ordered an open box listed as ‘great condition,’ (paid extra for that) what arrived was NOT in working condition.Contacted Amazon customer service and was told to contact the seller directly.The link given to contact the seller directly was broken.Tried contacting customer service again and was told that I have to contact the seller directly.Explained that I do not have the seller’s information – and was disconnected from the chat.Went directly to Safety 1st and they were AMAZING, but Amazon / the seller were awful. Will not trust the ‘open box’ system again. Not worth the headache.The stroller itself is great though.
Critical safety part poorly assembled
Such a critical part of this product overall safety feature that this manufacturer failed to check. This makes the entire car seat part of this entire product unusable since the right steal bar attachment for the car seat came off. Not only this expensive stroller was incredibly late way after the estimated date but and in top of it came broken. And the fact that this purchases are time sensitive now is obvious that there is no time for us to change this product unless is really quick since my baby’s due day is soon. Adding more to the gravity of this circlip fail, if it came off while installed in the car it could have been really detrimental. Now I’m trapped with no time and no car seat.
Good travel set
First thing I want to mention is the cover on the stroller actually arrived with a stain. I didnât reach out to the company or amazon as it would have been too much of a hassle for just a stain..Stroller seems sturdy and the wheels turn quite smoothly. It was all very easy to put together and set up. I find its a little harder to connect the carseat or bassinet to the stroller itself as Im used to the easy click connect on my previous travel system.. other than that itâs a good buy.
High quality and light weight travel system
The instructions were comprehensive and it was easy to put together. The product feels high quality for an affordable travel system. Easy to fold up & adjust the settings. Love having the peekaboo mesh to see baby and get some extra air flow. The harnesses are easily adjustable and seem like they will accommodate a variety of baby sizes! The car seat has a max weight of 35 pounds so we’re hoping to get at least two years out of it. Using the car seat with or without the base is a helpful feature and will make using the car seat with different cars a lot easier. Time will tell whether the stroller wheels hold up to the weatherrougher terrain.All together this is a great deal compared to some of the super expensive travel systems.

The baby stroller
The baby stroller is the same as in the photo, it looks great. Having a car seat is a big advantage. All details and instructions are available. It is easy to assemble, the price is affordable. I like it very much!
