Installation Reminder

Latch Installation
Installation method may have to be slight altered based on your cabinet or drawer style and design.
Latch installation: Cabinets or drawers come in two styles. Please identify the style relevant to you.
Style 1: Door NOT inserted into frame
For cabinets where the door is not inserted into frame.
Align the cradle with the side frame of the cabinet.
Style 2: Door INSERTED into frame
For cabinets where the door is not inserted into frame.
Apply the cradle at a depth equal to the thickness of the cabinet door.
Lock Installation
Peel off the 3M adhesive of the lock on the installation cradle dose the door. The lock is on the cabinet door.
Key Installation
Attach the key holder to the wall, or any place out of reach of child.

No complaints! Easy to install, sturdy, does its job
I was sick of cleaning my lower cabinets because my curious kids were constantly taking everything out of them. Needed something to keep them out without the tacky look. This did the trick. Easy to install with the installation cradle. I cleaned my cabinets with iso first to clean where the tape would stick. Followed the instructions (I only looked at the picture part of the instructions). Seem to adhere strong enough to keep my 3 and 1 yo boys out. 1 week in and holding strong. If I donât come back to edit this review, then we still like it :).I read other comments of missing pieces or broken parts⦠we had everything they said they would have. We didnât use the screws. Most were saying that there werenât enough screws for every lock, which is true. But really not needed. 3M tape was pretty good. I messed up on one of them putting the lock in the wrong way and removed it from my cabinet and restuck it back on the proper way⦠still worked without changing the sticker.

I like these. The first box was sent with one broken one. Contacted seller and he sent me a replacement order. Each box does not have enough screws to use on each piece but not a deal breaker.Some say they are difficult to install but anyone with half a brain should be able to figure them out. I never used the installation jig for installing. And another complaint I saw was the adhesive does not hold. Really? Use the screws!I have high end cupboards and bought these so as to not show the locks.I had a couple that were not functioning properly but realized it was more my fault than the product’s. Easy to remedy.The best part for me was the integrity of the seller. I gave him a 3 star rating due to the broken one with the promise to change it to a 5 star rating if he made things right. Which he did. But… I can’t find my original rating post to change it so I’m writing a second one because I promised I would. So here it is.Thank you for making things right. Something you don’t see all the time.
Great, but not for intricate cabinetry
We have really intricate drawers apparently. These locks worked great on our single, counter-height cabinets, but will not work on the double-door cabinets with a drawer above them without some customization because the bottom of the drawer isnât flush with the bottom of the drawer-front (meaning: there isnât a 90° angle for the lock to adhere to). Additionally, our drawer-faces are recessed into the cabinetry so they are too thick and there are too many âstepsâ of wood and hardware around the top and sides of the drawers so there is nowhere to stick the lock.These are âusâ problems and not the fault of the manufacturer. The locks work great and are easy to mount with the installation cradle. There are even a few screws included if needed. Best of all, theyâre invisible from the outside and maintain the look of your kitchen.
Good Product
Keeps my toddler safe easy to release the locks, happy there are 3 of the magnetic releases (incase one or two get lost). They also hold quite a bit of stuff on my fridge!
Amazing solution!
This child lock saved us! This is such an amazing amazing solution for baby proof kitchen drawers. I’d been struggling to make kitchen drawers baby proof since I can’t use strap lock because both side of drawers are cabinet doors. Then I got this magnet locks and solved all the problems (so far).I put it on the side of drawer. It worked great. But I started getting annoyed with have to use the magnat all the time to open the drawer even when my baby is not around. So I put this key holder to the place you put the magnet to open the drawer. Now I keep the magnet on the key holder when baby is not around so the drawer is not locked snd easy to access like nomal drawers. When baby is around, tske the magnet off from the key holder snd put the magnet to the fridge or wherever so the drawers are locked. I’m very happy about this and I recommend this to all moms!
Impossible to install
The guide where you place to two pieces together to be able to install easily was terrible. The pieces kept popping off and I the sticky sides kept falling on the ground losing their stickiness. I would not buy this brand again. They are working ok but a few have popped off. It did come with additional sticky pads but the problem of reinstalling them remains.
Works well
Does its job to keep a toddler out of the cabinets. Easy to install as well. Found out pretty quick how annoying it is to need the magnetic key every time lol
Donât waste your money!
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. They were terrible to install and the magnets did not work to release the latch. Ended up throwing them out and getting something different.
